Fake logo makers initially claim their services are free; however, once you proceed to finalize the logo design, they demand payment.

I was so impressed and pleased with results from my logo contest with LogoDesign.Net. First, I must say that Eric B. was incredibly helpful in guiding me throughout the process. If I had any questions, he was very responsive and gently in assisting me. I will definitely be using them again. In fact, I've already initiated my second design contest because of the incredible customer service and results I have received so far. I was able to go through nearly 200 custom designs for a new logo. It was so hard picking just one winner, so I picked two! I can't wait to see the next design. I highly recommend LogoDesign.Net for your custom design needs - logos, banners, website - you name it - they do it!

It was easy to use platform. I navigated it fairly easily on IPad without following instructions became quite easier after using help tab. If you’re just starting or just looking to upgrade your logo and want to keep it affordable this is the way to go. You don’t have to be or hire an artist several options and themes to choose to build template then just customize it to your liking.

Is it great experience I have with you guys

I made my own logo on their site, and paid for it. Since then, they harass me every year, telling me, someone wants to buy it. It's very specific, for a specific disease. With the name of my blog . I have told them to just go ahead, I made it. It's just a scam, trying to get 299$ out of me. No one wants to buy it. Don't use the site to make your logo, these aren't good people. Just make one on Canva or something like that. I didn't understand this at the time.

I’ve been working with this team now going on 10 years! They did a logo for me for my sisters cleaning business originally and after that I was so happy that they became our go to for all things design related. If you can think it up, they can do it.

They recently also corrected some design files I needed rendered into different formats for printing and were super efficient and swift in delivery.

I just this week hired them to create a logo that is animated and with. The week it was delivered, revised and again delivered with a small color change I requested.

Alan is super responsive and on top of his game. In an industry where there isn’t a lot of good communicators using them is a no brainer. I won’t go anywhere else ever again, this is as stress free as it gets!

An absolute scam company

It is an absolute scam company. I initially paid $2 for one time logo design fee (this price also listed in their website pricing), and thankfully I used my Google Pay service. Yesterday I got a message from Google that LogoDesign.Net charged me $35 USD! twice!! With below info:

I called them right away, and it turned out to be a cell phone number of the guy! I just asked him why you charged me without sharing any details, and he kept saying they are from LogoDesign.Net not LogoDesign.AI, and the $35 was not charged by them! It is funny because I didn't say anything about .AI as well as the amount.

Finally he asked me to tell him how I found him, and then asked me to email to support at LogoDesign.Net! I emailed them with no response so far. I also emailed support at LogoDesign.AI which I learned is a fake email address!

Long story short, I asked my credit card company to block my credit card and issue a new one, and I am gonna report these guys to FBI ASAP!

UPDATE:

They later sent me an email from the LogoDesign.AI domain (the email that doesn't exist) and said "LogoDesign.AI subscription canceled successfully" and then it was a link in the email "GoToMyAccount" which was leading to a virus to scam further!

Guys.. call your credit card company right away, block the payment and cancel your card.

Having the exact same experience as another reviewer named Gavin, in August 2024. Logodesign.net claims someone else is trying to secure ownership of our logo that we happen to design years ago.

While I do appreciate the sales manager reaching out to me via email, however it does feel a little threatening.

Bought our logo a few years ago and happily been using it. Our company name is part of the logo so its unique to us and useless to anyone else.
Last year, and again, this year, we have been receiving emails from LogoDesign basically telling the following "Kindly be informed that we have a client who wants to proceed with the copyrights ownership of the same logo design symbol for the trademark that you purchased from us and using it. You purchased this logo first and used it for so long that's why we are approaching you first to retain its copyrights/ownership right to secure your logo. We have no issues giving him a logo with its complete copyrights but in case if the logo is trademarked then you may not be able to use the same logo anywhere"
Sound like the company is trying to intimidate me in order to squeeze another $299 out of my company. So we deleted the logo their company sold us and created our own. Now through their intimidation tactics they lost any future business and this review shows their true colours. Not the first time either it would sem

I didn't know how to proceed further with my logo design. I asked for support and Alan talked me through the entire process and together with the design team transformed my idea to my satisfaction. Already recommended their service to my friends. 10/10 experience.

Great company! I made a mistake and the guy dealing with it put it right for me at no extra charge!

I normally do not write reviews, however had to share that I was so impressed with LogoDesign, and specifically Alan Smith, Sr. Sales and Account Manager. Alan was amazing helping us with our new business logo and new business cards. Alan was very knowledgeable, very professional, and patient with all of our changes. Alan is the only printer I will work with. Thank you Alan for all of your hard work, you are awesome and so appreciated!

I made and downloaded a logo about 4 years ago.
Since then, I have a never ending series of emails to "buy the logo and have it transferred ownership to me."

2 years ago, I responded to ask the price. It was atrocious, so I declined.
The guy's response on Friday 6/10/22:

I guess he didn't like that I didn't want to buy "ownership" of the logo.
However, his message was also falsely stated. Based on the exchange, it was his continued high pressure sales tactic.

Way to go in misleading high pressure sales tactics in an unethical way.

I've used a lot of logo design companies. This has been the worst.
