My experience at LogoDesign was fantastic! I received personal attention and immediate feedback!

First off, the product is pretty good, the logo generation is fast and there are plenty of good starting options. The editor is nothing fancy but it is enough for a more modern design.

Was not made aware of recurring payments/subscription tied to the product; it was not clear there was a subscription in my cart when I checked out.

My payment receipt from Paypal is what informed me of recurring payments but I was not made aware that there would be prior to purchasing.

It took a few days but I received a reply to my email and they did cancel the subscription. All in all, middle of the road experience with an above-average product for the work/time it took.

Logo does not work. The logo with no background leaves a weird shade when put on a colored background. This can be seen in the printout but not in the soft copy.

The logos also came with a unwanted red and orange blocks that clutter and block the designs.

Waste of money!

I liked their LogoDesign software. They had more variety of logos than some of the other offerings. Their browser based tool was very easy to use and I was able to save my logo online and make changes over time.

I was a little worried that my new logo would be used by other people but after reaching out to a representative, Shaun Paul, he helped me secure the copyright to the logo. So now I can be assured that the logo I created will never be used by anyone else, because it is also off of their website.

I did a intensive reverse image search of several of their logo offerings and from my findings all of their logos are original. They do not appear anywhere else on the web. I trust logodesign.com and would use them again for my next business venture.

John and James have done so much IT work for me. I am a nurse trying to start a business and technology isnt thing. They have educated me and helped me figure out what best suits my company. They are pursuant and follow through. When they say they will have it done it’s done. Happy customer!!
