The start process was great- the underwriting was tough, long, and often I had to reach out to find out if anything was happening and when. It was frustrating having to follow up so much because it’d be days before I heard anything.

I love this company. They behave small. They have no robitic/automatic responses--in fact, I peppered them with fake insults...nothing lol.

Overall ok company interest rates high customer service and communication good. I've delt with On Deck and Kabbage I rate MC in the middle of these 2. Better than Kabbage not as good as On Deck .
