No money refund. Order cancelled after weeks

I ordered a product from zop.and made the payment, but it was not delivered. This appears to be a fraudulent transaction. Customer care is also not responding.
And the order cancelled without my consent thire is not any customer care service only you can schedule a call back but you never get a call back and also not refund of payment Kindly take immediate action and help me get a refund.

Received a used product with missed items inside. It has so many scratches which seems like used for very long period. Though the products are very very cheap, it doesn't worth that money. Don't believe this website.Also, No possible way to return the product. Totally I'm fooled.

I bought a power bank as it looked cheaper like 400 for 10000Mah. It is not working from day one and they are not accepting return even if I claimed it is not working.

I found it fake product delivered in place of showing good quality on there web page. They delivered headphones which is really cheap and not of Zop brand written anywhere, I redeemed Google voucher for this purchase, map or the product was 1999, in really product is not more that 150 rupees.

But here I received Damaged product piece inside the package only , I told them and shared broken picture (images) & videos also But, no responsibility to take care of customers values. They people are not ready exchanging or replacing the above Juicer product...So waste of money and time to doing this kind of things on a such like a ZOP site... please don't purchase anything from this site...of piece damaged , they'll will not exchange...🙏

Ordered xl and got M size, when I reached out to care they declined and asking to keep the product and even after mentioning it's useless they're unwilling to replace or take return. Pathetic service. Without knowing ordered and never will order.

Very bad and poor service I place order 13 april 26 delivery shown time 16 april26 but after payment he shown delivery date 18 april he change daily date now he say 27 april but product not dispatched till now this site is totally froud no anybody order this side totally waste time and money so I suggest ignore this site and choose genuine site

Absolutely terrible experience. The product arrived damaged right out of the box, which already says a lot about the seller’s quality control. When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they hid behind unreasonable policies like requiring an unboxing video—even for a ₹300 item.

This feels less like a genuine business and more like a way to avoid accountability and deny refunds. The product quality is poor, and the customer service is even worse.

Would not recommend this seller to anyone. Save your money and avoid the hassle.

Zop is fraudulent e-commerce sites. In partnership with Google pay they sell cheap damaged products at low price which you can't return back as they won't accept the proof damage shared . Since people aren't ready to take legal action considering the cost of legal process and the cost of product, google pay and Zop are flourishing with the illegitimate money made by cheating

I have ordered 3 tshirts from this site. They have cancelled it saying "as per your request"
And now I can't reach out to customer support as given number on website is fake.

i ordered a t shirtfrom this site with a gpay coupon the t shirt was cancelled by them and theamount was not even refunded , there is no response from the costumer care either , scammers will always exist but giants like google supporting these scams is the real problem

I ordered the 26g High Protein Oats Bestseller Combo (3kg) along with Creamy 100% Unsweetened Peanut Butter (400g). However, I received only the Creamy 100% Unsweetened Peanut Butter (400g) in the delivery.

The 26g High Protein Oats Bestseller Combo (3kg) item from my order is missing. And they do not even respond to me or try to solve this problem.

I made a payment but received a third-class quality product. There is no customer support response and no refund process at all. This has been a very bad experience, and I would advise others to be cautious.
