So sorry to hear, but looking into this, as there was no referrence to any order numbers ect on your review, and we have no items at all with an issue flagged by royal mail. All our items go out fully tracked at extra expense to ourselves to ensure that items arrive safetly and customers are happy
After a little digging and searching your email address on this review back through our orders, i can see as you say you live in Germany and ordered a Pokemon Waffle Maker via eBay using their GSP delivery service, this service if you are not sure how it works, is we ship to the UK address that eBay provides and they forward it onto his international destination.
Your order details
You ordered Monday 21st August 15:41pm, item posted same day
It arrived at its GSP destination on Wednesday 23rd August. If there are any issues please do reach out to chris@xpg.co.uk and i will resolve.
Tracking Number with Royal Mail is JW018107118GB
The item is in the hads of the eBay GSP delivery service now and is on route from the UK to Germany.
Please may we ask that you adjust this review.
Kind Regards
Chris

Thanks Mark, Thanks for ordering and for leaving us the review
My first order with XPG was excellent
My first order with XPG was all positive. Very fast service, spoiled a bit by Royal Mail, who weren't as fast delivering as they should have been.
Would happily use XPG again.

Good stock of wargames at competitive prices!
I don't usually do reviews on Trupstpilot or anywhere else for that matter, but since 1. it's a new store; 2. I wasn't initially sure whether it's genuine; 3. I'm happy with my first shopping experience with them, every positive review will help them to gain more traction and reach to customers.
I found XPG by accident on Ebay, while I was shopping for Normandy'44 from GMT Games. I decided to order the game on their website (lower price, no commission to eBay). It was well secured, sent with Tracked 48. Every order over £40 qualifies for free shipping, which was in my case. I will definitely be returning to shop for more!

Great experience, will order again
Initially I was a little concerned given the low number of reviews and low price, however all went well. Everything was well packed and arrived in great condition. Will definitely be using these folks again.

Good Price, Prompt Delivery
I had not heard of this company before and came across them while looking for an expansion to the Lord of the Rings LCG. The price was competitive and ordering went smoothly with tracking quickly supplied and the game coming a few days later.
My only neutral comment would be the shop name happens to also be a US tech companies name and it makes searching for the shop more difficult. Hopefully that isn't costing them sales.
Anyway, the shop is heartly recommended by me, shop with confidence.
