The email service was a little disappointing and returned almost identical replies to two different questions, insisting on a number of security questions before it would answer my benign questions. I think it must be one of those robots.☹️

My queries - problems with logging into my account and my pensions payments - were dealt with efficiently and promptly. The adviser was knowledgeable and friendly and very reassuring.
The only slight issue I had was with the wait time before my call was answered, but I gather it was an unusually busy time. Very pleased overall.

I rang today with a pension enquiry about an issue XPS were failing at. Almost impossible to speak to anyone. I was told that due to long call waiting times, I could opt for a call back. I waited an age for the call back and then when it arrived I immediately got cut off. Called back straightaway and I've how been waiting nearly an hour and still no one has answered. The most annoying recorded music is played while you're waiting, which is so bad that it can only been chosen to stop people remaining on the phone. Appalling customer service. I can't believe large companies employ this bunch of incompetents to run their pension schemes.
