Avoid 67xtraspin58.com – Withholds Withdrawals with Unfair Verification Trap
I deposited £100 into 67xtraspin58.com using Google Play and a credit card. They took the money instantly and did not ask for any verification. But when I tried to withdraw, they demanded identity documents and refused to pay me back without them. I contacted support, and they admitted that they only verify on withdrawal “to make deposits easier.”
This is a trap – if they need ID, it should be asked for before taking your money. I would never have deposited if I’d known this. They are using this tactic to make it as difficult as possible to get your money back, hoping you'll either give up or end up spending more.
As if that wasn’t enough, I’m also blocked from playing because I’ve self-excluded for 5 years through GamStop, with automatic renewal. The fact that they accepted payment through a credit card via Google Play, knowing that I’m restricted, shows that they are purposefully allowing deposits to keep you playing, but make withdrawals a nightmare. It’s clear they want you to keep playing and risk losing more money because it’s too complicated to take it out.
Total scam behavior. Be careful and avoid using this site. I’ve reported them to Action Fraud, Google, and the Gambling Commission. More people need to be warned about how they operate.
