I've got a week ago an insurance with xyz I paid around 380 deposit.I ask the operator how much it cost to change the insurance to a diferent vehicle,he told me 45pound ,i said to him it sound briliant and to change the insurance to a diferent vehicle few days ago it was a diferent operator who told me i need to pay another 500 deposit. And i end with them.People without honor they say something at the phone and after they change their mind.

Reviewing your grievance, it seems that you are unhappy with the mid-term adjustment quote provided to amend the insured vehicle on your policy. For reference the change was to update your vehicle from 2018 Toyota, valued at around £6000, to a 2022 Kia valued at around £18,000 which you intended to lease. This change caused an increase in the insurance premium. The request required a higher level of cover, a difference of £12,000. The vehicle also falls into a different Insurance Group.
You were correctly advised that the fee charged by XYZ Insurance Services LTD for a mid-term adjustment is £45.00 – this information is also viewable on our website and our Terms of Business. We do not, however, have control over how much the insurer’s premium is affected by the requested change. We can confirm that your premium was referred to the insurer to see whether they were willing to reduce the quote but, they were unwilling to do so.
XYZ Insurance Services LTD have not changed their mind on the mid-term adjustment quotation or procedure, however you will need to consider that the Insurance Provider will have their own costs and rateable factors which are not influenced by your broker.

Reviewing your file, we can see that your policy was cancelled due to a non-disclosure on your part. Prior to the purchase of your insurance policy you completed a scripted, recorded, Compliance Call. On this call you were reminded of your duty to provide complete and accurate information; you were further advised that failure to do so could result in additional premiums, fees, or policy cancellation. The Compliance Call was completed with you having confirmed that the information you had provided was both complete and accurate.
Unfortunately, following purchase of your policy, the insurer completed a background check on yourself via the CUE Database. It was here discovered that you had been involved in three accidents which has not been disclosed when requested; there was therefore an additional premium owed to correct the material facts or your policy. Our Customer Services Team acted promptly in contacting you to provide all available options; you made the decision to cancel the policy rather than pay the additional premium.
We do not agree that that your poor experience is due to the service you have received from XYZ Insurance Services LTD. Our service has remained prompt, polite and efficient.

I been with XYZ taxi insurance
I been with XYZ taxi insurance, it’s really very bad insurance broker, and had very bad experience with them. First they asked me private car claim bonus but after three weeks they change their words and charge me £1200 for cancellation. What a hell insurance company please please any taxi driver don’t try this company please they are a scammer.

Reviewing your file, it seems your grievance relates to your No Claims Bonus being unacceptable to your chosen insurer. Prior to the inception of your insurance policy you completed a scripted, recorded, telephone call. On this phone call, you confirmed that you were able to provide Private Car No Claims Bonus which met the stated requirements of your insurer – that being that the No Claims Bonus must not be in use on any other policy, and must have been issued from a policy which expired within the previous 6 months. The policy was issued at your request, on this basis.
Unfortunately, you were not able to provide acceptable No Claims Bonus – instead supplying No Claims Bonus which was over 6 months old. Our Customer Service agents acted promptly to provide you wish a revised quotation. You were provided with two quotations, one should you wish to correct your policy and one should you wish to cancel the policy. You advised that you would prefer to cancel the policy; the policy was therefore cancelled at your request.
Following cancellation, you have been charged correctly per the Terms of Business of both XYZ Insurance Services LTD and the Insurer – both of which had been provided to you prior to purchase. The cancellation figures had also been confirmed prior to your decision to cancel.
XYZ Insurance have provided you with excellent service; with prompt and informative communication to allow you to make an informed decision on both your purchase and cancellation. It is unfortunate that, on this occasion, you were unable to provide the required documentation.
Should you wish to purchase a new policy, or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please don’t buy insurance from this people they are very dodgy don’t waste your money with this groups. Selling insurance policies given wrong information now struggling to get a refund, for cancellation only 2 days charge me £300 . They are very rude person no personality as well.
