I got a new policy insurance and when instalment's payment has been settled on the 1st each month I requested to change to a different date than the operator has rejected and didn’t give any help especially I’m new customer

Prior to purchasing your policy, a recorded compliance call was completed. During this call, the instalment payment dates were clearly explained, and confirmation was received that you were happy to proceed on this basis.
Unfortunately, the premium finance provider used to fund your policy only allows collections on the 1st, 11th, or 21st of each month. These dates are set by the finance provider, and XYZ Insurance does not have the authority to amend them once the agreement is in place. Any concerns regarding payment dates would need to be raised at the point of sale, before the agreement is finalised.
We take any concerns regarding customer service very seriously. We have reviewed the recorded interactions with our team and have found no evidence of unhelpful or inappropriate conduct. That said, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Everything and process is smooth, only problem Ifaced is to cancel my previous insurance to get the no claim bonus certificate before the start date of this insurance policy.

Just to clarify, a private car No Claims Bonus can be used to provide a discount on your taxi insurance policy. As explained prior to cover being issued, in order to benefit from this discount you would need to cancel your private car insurance policy and obtain the No Claims Bonus certificate before the start date of your taxi policy.
