Thank you for taking the time to post your review. XYZ Insurance Services LTD appreciate all feedback, whether good or bad, as this allows us to improve the service we offer.
Reviewing your file, we have been unable to find any evidence that our Sales Team used any untoward methods of sale. XYZ Insurance Services LTD operate a strict sales procedure, allowing customers to make an informed decision on their purchase. Our procedure includes the completion of a scripted, recorded, Compliance Call – please note that payment is not collected, nor any cover issued, until the completion of this call. The Compliance Call provides you with your rights as a Commercial Client, including applicable fees in the event of mid-term cancellation. Your policy was purchased upon you confirming that the policy met your needs, you understood your rights and all information provided by you was complete and accurate.
Unfortunately, following purchase of your policy, it was discovered that a non-disclosure had been made on your part. Our Customer Services Team acted promptly to provide you with all relevant options, including the option to pay the additional balance due and also a cancellation quote. You were further provided with 7-days in which to make a decision on how you wished to proceed. You made the decision to cancel, accepting the cancellation fees as quoted both on the Compliance Call and at the time of request.
We therefore cannot see that XYZ Insurance Services LTD have used methods to push a sale, nor a cancellation. At each stage, you have been provided with all relevant information to make an informed decision; we have then acted upon your instruction.

Lengthy process on the phone to finalise the deal but it was defo' worth every minute it took !!!!
