Great service
The best thing with this company is the renewal price, they offer a fair quote,not triyng to rip you off like many other companies, is my 4th year with them.

However, we must clarify that your review contains information that does not accurately reflect the circumstances of your policy. For transparency and to assist other readers, it is important that we outline the factual position.
Prior to purchasing your policy, you completed a scripted and recorded Compliance Call. This forms part of our due-diligence process and is designed to ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate. During this call, you were clearly reminded of your duty of disclosure and advised that failure to provide correct information could result in an additional premium, policy amendments, or cancellation.
On the call, you confirmed that you required cover to commence from 13/03/2026. After the policy had been incepted, you subsequently requested to amend the start date.
Our Customer Services Team acted promptly and transparently by providing a revised quotation reflecting the amended details. We have also made several attempts to discuss the matter with you, but have unfortunately been unable to do so.
For this reason, we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that you were misled by an operator. At all times, we acted in accordance with regulatory requirements and the insurer’s underwriting guidelines.

Having carefully reviewed your comments, we believe clarification is required for the benefit of other readers.
Prior to purchasing your insurance policy, you completed a scripted and recorded compliance call. During this call, you were advised that under UK law you are classified as a Commercial Client. As such, Commercial Clients are not automatically entitled to a statutory cooling-off period, and cancellation charges apply if a policy is cancelled, regardless of the reason. That said, XYZ Insurance Services LTD does offer a reduced cancellation charge period within the first 14 days, during which no commission is charged. All applicable cancellation charges were fully explained during the Compliance Call and are also clearly set out within your policy documentation and on our website.
Following purchase of your insurance policy, you were required to provide your No Claims Bonus. Unfortunately, it transpired that you did not have the No Claims Bonus entitlement which you had claimed when purchasing your policy. Our Customer Services Team acted promptly to provide you with a revised quotation; you advised that you did not wish to proceed with the revised quote and the policy was therefore cancelled due to non-receipt of No Claims Bonus.
As an independent insurance brokerage, we operate with a small but highly efficient team who are fully trained to FCA standards and committed to providing a transparent and professional service. All fees applied strictly in accordance with the terms you accepted at inception. We therefore strongly refute the suggestion that we provide poor service or omit to provide important information such as cancellation fees.

The worst instance ever
The worst instance ever, it’s total scam
Do not buy, advise for everyone. I have been charged £1245 for 70 days cover, after i cancelled the cover they told me £350 will send back to me as refund, never received the money, I called back today they told me I would not get any refund, I’m it have contact the XYZ customer service to complain. They totally avoided they said they will send me an email, never got the email, I will raise my complaint to FCA,
So shoutout to everyone please avoid XYZ
Insurance, or you will be scammed big time.

Following receipt of your No Claims Bonus, it was discovered that the Claims History you had provided was not complete and accurate. As a result, an additional premium has been applied to correct the policy. You advised that you did not wish to pay the additional premium; the policy was therefore cancelled under the authority of the Road Traffic Act.
We respectfully disagree with the assertion that poor or fraudulent services were provided by XYZ Insurance Services LTD - XYZ Insurance Services Ltd acted correctly, transparently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements at all times.

Told me no documents needed
Told me no documents needed, then threaten to cancel insurance if documents not provided, think you signed everything, credit agreement etc then insist have to sign more as ones signed were with credit company not them, demand pictures of every page of log book for a leased vehicle, drivers license front and back and list goes on amd on

At the purchase of your policy, XYZ Insurance Services LTD provided you with all necessary documentation for your policy. The documentation provided contained a bullet-point list of all supporting documentation that you would be required to provide. Please note, as an intermediary, XYZ Insurance Services LTD do not decide or influence which documents are required – the required documents are as stipulated by the Insurance Provider. The Insurance Provider also provide a set timeline in which the documents must be provided, in this case the allotted time period is 21-days.
To ensure that documentation is provided within the allotted time, XYZ Insurance Services LTD send courtesy reminders to our customers via: SMS, Telephone call and Email. We can confirm that we have attempted to contact you via each of these methods, sadly to no avail. In the event that documentation is not provided in the insurer’s allotted time, we are obligated to provide you with notification that your policy is at risk of cancellation due to non-receipt of documentation.
For these reasons, we respectfully disagree with the assertion that poor service was provided. XYZ Insurance Services Ltd acted correctly, transparently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements of both the insurance provider and our regulatory body at all times.
At this time, your policy remains active but at risk of cancellation. Should you require assistance with this, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services Team.
