When I needed to make a deal the process was quick and stress free. Everything was handled professionally, and I am happy to recommend them.

Some things they don't tell you when…
Some things they don't tell you when you take insurance like your excess on policy and they keep threatening to cancel insurance because they say they don't have all the documents required even though you have confirmation from customer service all documents have been received

Prior to the purchase of your policy, you completed a scripted; recorded Compliance Call. This forms part of our due-diligence process and is designed to ensure that you are provided with all necessary information to make an informed decision about your purchase. On this call, you were provided with information regarding your policy excess and were afforded the opportunity to ask any questions/make any amendments to meet your requirements. The policy was purchased at your confirmation that you understood the terms of the policy and were happy to abide by them. We therefore respectfully disagree that information is withheld from our customers prior to purchase.
Your review states that you have been informed that your policy would be at risk of cancellation due to non-receipt of documentation, despite your belief that you have provided all documents required and have confirmation of their acceptance. It seems that you may have confused our courtesy automatic response system, which confirms receipt of an email, as acceptance of documentation. Upon receipt of an email, our system provides a courtesy response to inform you that your email has been received and will be viewed by an Agent – it does not confirm that any attached documents have been validated or accepted. As such, we can confirm that our Agents have viewed your emails and documents remain outstanding – should you require assistance with this, please contact our Customer Services Team.
Please also be informed that correspondence from XYZ Insurance Services LTD is not designed to be ‘threatening.’ As an intermediary, we are bound to the requirements of the insurance provider; this including the allocated time provided to be in receipt of your documentation. Our Customer Service Team make every effort to work closely with our customers to prevent cancellation of cover.
For this reason, we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that you have been provided with poor service by XYZ Insurance Services LTD.

worst insurer I ever had
this is the worst insurer company I had in my life they discuss a different amount with you and charge you more money and take a heavy amount as advance but when we change the policy or cancel it they don't give us advance back customer service is very bad and they talk rudely, I had my insurance with lot of companies and I was totally satisfied with them but I was really annoyed with XYZ .I don't recommend it to you really bad experience

Prior to the purchase of your policy, you completed a scripted; recorded Compliance Call. During this call, you were clearly reminded of your duty of disclosure and advised that failure to provide correct information could result in an additional premium, policy amendments, or cancellation. Your purchase was completed with you confirming that you understood this and were satisfied that you had provided an accurate description of your insurance history; including your previous motor insurance claims.
Your review states that your price was changed following purchase, this is not accurate. Following purchase, it was discovered by your insurer that the claims history provided was not complete and accurate via the CUE (Claims and Underwriting Exchange) Database. Our Agents acted promptly to provide you with a revised quotation to meet your needs. This is not a case of XYZ Insurance Services LTD changing your price, but a case of your policy requiring amendment to remain accurate and valid. You made the decision to not pay any additional balance but to cancel the policy instead. Cancellation was therefore processed at your request.
Following cancellation, you have been charged in accordance to the Terms of Business of both the Insurer and XYZ Insurance Services LTD – all charges was provided to you prior to inception and can be viewed within your welcome pack or on our website. A detailed breakdown of the cancellation figures has been provided to you via email as requested. Whilst we shall not divulge your personal finances on this public platform, we can confirm for the benefit of other readers that the payment made in advance was not a refundable deposit but a balance paid towards the financing of your policy.
We have been able to find any evidence within our recorded calls that our Agents were at any time rude or unpleasant. They have answered all questions posed and provided a polite, efficient and punctual service to you.
For this reason, we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that you have been provided with poor service by XYZ Insurance Services LTD.
