Honestly, if I could give more stars I would! These mushrooms are amazing, and best of all - completely natural! I was on permanent medication for acid reflux, but the more I looked into the side effects of long term use of esomeprazole and increased risks for cancer, or increased risk for cancer if left untreated (doomed if you do and doomed if you don't)-I decided to find something better. I take 2 Lion's mane and 2 Reishi every morning and haven't touched my other medication since Aug 2024! I just empty the 4 capsules in my tea/coffee as the capsules sometimes still burn my stomach. The results are AMAZING!
What I have also noticed is that I don't seem to get sick (touch wood) as long as taking Reishi, and I started giving to my kids every day when they started feeling fluish and it has sped up recovery significantly and stopped the virus from going to the chest which is normally the case! Reishi is a superhero!
My son also takes Lion's mane before school to help him focus (he FEELS the difference in both focus and energy) and I supplement my other son's ADHD meds with LM when he needs a boost.

I've been suffering severe eczema for 41 years. Have I told anybody lately how much I LOVE this product? Let me tell you. A child on Ritalin and Serdep to a child on Lions Mane only. Teacher says "She's a completely different child".
