Wow! This was a really good site but recently extra game play is blocked, tonight I decided to see if what I’d experienced was a bad run?
Noooooo £200 down the swanny and not ONE single extra play, nooo bonus, no loyalty scheme, the casino just swallowed £200!! Since the laws changed the casinos have become worse, yeti is terrible, so sad, casinos feel it’s ok to rob people, not even the thrill of a nice win, hang your heads in shame

I'm sorry the games have not being going your way lately. This is not in our control. The games are completely random and are controlled by the game providers. We just host their games on our site.

Customer service is very easy to get hold of and contact. I had a large win and was worried they wouldn’t accept the documents I provided after reading reviews but after sending over everything they asked it was in my account instantly. Really good fair site. Anyone complaining about not winning clearly shouldn’t be gambling, you win some you loose some, that’s the way it works. Also if it was a scam site it wouldn’t pay out and it definitely does just make sure you have all necessary documentation before withdrawing and everything will go smoothly

this company are very quick and happy to take your money off you but when it comes to paying out, they simply don’t. They have asked for SEVEN forms of verification documents and I have provided every single one and yet they still refuse to pay out. They are now asking for videos of me logging into my online banking?! Firstly this is such a weird thing to request when I have already provided proof of bank statements with IBAN shown, my name, address and deposit and secondly, I don’t even have online banking. This casino does NOT pay out, they refuse even when you send multiple multiple multiple forms of ID & verification. They owe me £180 and are refusing to pay out even when you’ve complied and shown 7 forms of verification! DISGUSTING

Title: £10,000 STOLEN from a 69-year-old woman – CEO Chris personally bullying me

am a 69-year-old woman and Yeti Casino / L&L Europe Ltd have stolen £10,000 from me.
They happily took my deposits and paid me two withdrawals (£500 and £345) to my account with no problem. Then, when I tried to withdraw the rest, they suddenly invented a “name mismatch” excuse and demanded open banking.
I sent them my passport, bank statements from two banks, a video of my banking app (which THEY asked for), council tax bill in my name, and even a full statement for an alternative account. Still nothing.
The CEO, Chris, finally got involved and agreed to a phone call. During the call he actually mentioned hearing a “third party” on the line — that was my son who had travelled from London to support his 69-year-old mother because this situation has caused me severe emotional distress. How dare he try to use that against me? It was disgusting and bullying.
He still refused to pay and pushed me back to eCOGRA while knowing full well they have all my verification and paid me before.
This is not just poor customer service — this is deliberate bullying of an elderly woman who trusted their casino. They took my money easily but refuse to give it back even after full verification.
Stay far away from Yeti Casino. They are happy to take your deposits and bonuses but will make your life hell when you win big. Especially if you’re older.
I have filed complaints with UKGC, MGA and eCOGRA and will be filing small claims court proceedings tomorrow.

Awful casino

Awful casino. I play the same slot on various casinos but this has got to be the worst ever! Not only with the slots but also the customer service via live chat! The slots are a lot slower that most casinos and does not payout at all. The slots are sluggish and you get no free spins rewarded at all. The RTP is supposed to be 96.3%. I didn’t even get close to winning a penny. Shame cause this game is always enjoyable to play. Also, live chat customer support is ridiculous. Your problems are misread and then they close your account with no valid reason. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CASINO AT ALL! Don’t sign up or you’ll regret it.

I am writing regarding my recent withdrawal request of £50.
The funds were deposited from my personal bank account, and I am requesting that the withdrawal be processed back to the same bank account used for the original transaction.
At this time, I am not comfortable providing photographs of my bank card or copies of my bank statements due to the sensitive financial information they contain. The requested documents go beyond what I am willing to share for security and privacy reasons.
Please proceed with the withdrawal via bank transfer to my original payment account, or kindly advise if there is an alternative verification method that does not require sharing full card images or bank statements.
If the withdrawal cannot be processed under these conditions, please confirm this in writing and proceed with the closure of my account.

Dear Madalina, I'm sorry you don't like this procedure but we are obligated to verify your payment information due to regulatory license guidelines. If you do not wish to send in those documents for security reasons, that's understandable but it's common practice at all licensed online casinos.
If you wish to carry on playing at our casino you need to be fully verified and that includes your payment info too and your withdrawal will not be paid out until that information is verified.

Absolutely a joke. Daylight robbery casino is a bunch of crooks. The game constantly takes the money, not paying out at all. I’m speechless hundreds of pounds spend down the drain ,not even a single payout,worst casino ever, avoid for all cost. I rather to dump the money to the drain, then go back to the yeticasino website again -stay away!!!. Terrible site

Terrible site. Receive emails for bonuses, which of course requests a deposit, then no bonus to be found! Thankfully I closed this account down before losing any serious money. I would not recommend this site.
