I am thinking about self excluding and cant find a page to manually self exclude. Ive been looking for 30 mins now. So either you can only talk to a live chat to do it or it is very much hidden in the pages. Very damaging for potential addicts. However, I have not had a single trouble with withdrawals. Possibly the best and quickest withdrawals ive had, literally in my bank in a matter of seconds. I am giving it a one star for the difficulty to find a manual self exclude page.

I wish I saw these reviews before making a account, I made a account last week and deposited over £100, which I have never done before. I finally won some money 2 days ago and asked for a withdrawal. They Kept asking for documents which I had available and gave to them straight away. It was just one thing after another. They then tried delaying it because I used 2 different cards to make the payment ( which was both mine). They then start asking me for bank transfers for the card I used last week, this wasn’t even the account I asked the withdrawal to go in. Anyways I have provided them with everything they asked and I’m still waiting. I wasn’t that bothered until I came here to read the reviews and getting abit worried now. Not about the money, because it’s not been 48hours yet, I gave them alot of personal information. But it’s okay lucky for me I have friends in high places, that can do something about it. I hope I do get my money but I’ll keep everyone posted. Reading these reviews I’m starting to think there going to try find a reason to not pay me. I hope that’s not the case.

Well what can I say?? More fool me for ignoring the THOUSANDS of terrible reviews and signing up with this fraudulent casino.

I have been using online casinos for years so know the score with sometimes you win some and most of the time you lose some but you can generally gauge when you've hit a bad game and become a little bit too determined to reach that bonus feature you've been so long hunting for and realise you've pushed it too far and lost most of your money doing so. I am so disappointed that you have lived up to the bad reviews, I was hoping they were just a few bad opinions but you gladly took 3rd party payments and then at time of withdrawal, decide that they are not good enough.
You even asked for 3rd party ID, its at that point that you should raise the issue, asking for them is a joke.
