The basecamp is so easy to use and splits out the payouts so we no exactly what payments are allocated to which payment in the bank.
Their support staff are local, quick and helpful. No need to go through chat bots first, but you can if you please. Competitive pricing and fast service. I can also use my card machine in any location, not tied to wifi. They handle all the compliances too.
Brilliant customer service
We hired payment machines for a series of festivals. They arrived quickly, worked well and the team guided us through every step along the way. We ended up hiring even more because we knew could trust Yeti. Shout out to Sam who helpfully checked in on our progress throughout.

Great new experience with Yetipay.me. The setup process was seamless, my account manager Dylan Clarke was fantastic, his patient, listening , explanations clearly and met all my needs. The new device setup was smooth and efficient. The machine have reliable and support has been responsive and next day payment CLEAR.

We’ve been really impressed with the customer service from Shaz at Yeti. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed support with our card machine, their team has been quick, friendly, and very efficient. They explain things clearly and make the process stress-free, which is such a relief compared to other providers we’ve used before. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend Yeti to any business looking for reliable machines and fantastic support!

Connection issue
I had left a message regarding my card machine and the call back came promptly. My issue was resolved and the caller talked me through the resolution very clearly and with great patience.
The worse company to exist!
The worse company to exist!! Poor customer service. Save yourself the headache and don’t do a contract with them. We had done a contract for one month yet they continued to charge us for more than a month and take extra fees too. They completely changed the contract without us knowing and had increased the fees and rates. When confronted they would act shocked and say it was the original contract. They won’t refund you the money and if their manager says to contact him with any problems then he’s lying!!! He never picks up the phone or answers messages. It’s hard to contact anyone from their customer service. Don’t make a deal with them unless you want to be scammed out of your money and not be able to contact anyone for assistance when the machine is faulty.

I am always a bit anxious when switching to a new supplier for such a critical part of the business and the switch to Yetipay has been stress free. My account manager Dylan Clarke is at the end of a phone and if not available always returns my call. He is polite, helpful and efficient. I know that if I have a problem or query he will do his best to resolve any issue. I would not hesitate to recommend Yetipay.
Couldn't ask for better
I was nervous swapping from my existing provider after so many years.
They assured me if it didn't do what they said I could jump back off.
No need for that though. They have been brill from the initial sales call to installation and checking that I'm happy and if everything is as it should be. A couple of tweeks to personalise for me were done whilst on the phone to check the changes had been done.

I have signed up for six different businesses with this company, and my experience has been terrible. Their machines are unreliable, and the customer service is beyond disappointing. They show no regard for customers, repeatedly making false promises. Every time there’s an issue, they claim they’re 'working on it,' but nothing ever gets resolved. Save yourself the frustration—stay away.

Missold a product to me I have called my account manager several times sent emails several times. I was blackmailed to keep my contract or pay to cancel my contract and that was the last conversation and first conversation. Since then I have emailed over 10 times left numerous voicemails no one to speak to! Stay away from this company
Few initial teething problems
Few initial teething problems. Couldn't speak to anyone for a few days as didn't have any contact details. Did a webchat but they are neither use nor ornament. Now have my account managers phone number - Any problems and I just call him.
