A truly awful experience lasting over a month!
I had not had a card machine for 15 months, which yetipay was fully aware of.
I was promised a card machine that offered telephone banking as that is all i use. The card machine arrived, without this function!
In order to resolve this I was asked to provide 3 months business bank statements, which i did.
The outcome was that i was declined as within the statements there was no evidence of telephone banking payments!!
You couldn't write this. i have been trading in the shutter business for over 18 years and get this sort of response.
Worse still, this morning Yetipay charged me £24 for my machine!
Avoid them like the plague!

Scam

Scam. Sales men done contract with me but I am receiving different cost pricing, price is not matching with contract I am attaching screenshots of contract price and bill. Completely different, device terminal in contract for 3 years €0 fee per month but in bill they charge €20

Take the headache away and contact Yeti Pay!

After struggling for the best part of 7 months to sort card terminals for my business, having been declined by other companies due to the kitchen industry being classed as volatile, and a high target for section 75 charge back claims, I was put in touch with Yetipay and my headache was over in the space of an hour! It was such an easy process to complete the application and the support team, especially Sam and Joe, are simply amazing. The application documents are clear and straight forward and the support team talk you through every step. They communicate via whatsapp and calls, so responses are very quick. The card terminals arrived the next day and they were already set up with my logo on the front screen and printed receipt. They had also been tested to ensure the bank connection was working. The team tracked the delivery and contacted me minutes after they arrived, to complete the set up process and talk me through how the machine works and how to run daily reports etc. I needed to make a tweak to the presentation of the receipt and this was actioned straight away and sent through to the machine as an update. The terminals and portal are easy to use and the terminals look nice too, which is important in a showroom environment. Thank you Yeti Pay!

Great Yetipay at WhatsApp

It was so easy to contact and chat with Yetipay account management on WhatsApp. The customer service agent is always ready to answer your questions quickly and clearly. They are very understanding, knowledgeable and helpful.

The customer service was very good at…

The customer service was very good at ironing out some problems at start. Sales person didn’t explain some fees which came as a shock once the first bill came in. After speaking with Lead Account Manager (Sam), a credit note was issued for the poor sales experience and the finance team looked at my case and were able to reduce the problem fees. The costs are now in line with expectations and saving me money on previous payment system I was using.

Appalling service from your sales team.
We had an appointment scheduled with your representative today at 11am, arranged by Yeti Pei. Our director left the hospital—where he was visiting his seriously ill mother—specifically to attend this meeting. Yet your team failed to show up and did not even extend the basic courtesy of informing us in advance. This level of disregard is completely unacceptable. Sort your ethics out first before you start acting like some saving grace. ADVISED WHILW THEY MAY HAVE A PRODUCT TO SELL BE CAREFULL AS THEY DONT KEEP THERE PROMISES

Very happy.

Very happy with yetipay. Sam has been very helpful and made it all so easy for a technophobe like me. I've had no issues to deal with. Everything has been plain and simple. Would recommend to anyone considering using this company.

Sam has been amazing

Sam has been amazing with the setting up of the machines for both our branches, explaining how to use the base camp system and also looking into and sorting out a very minor issue after our first phone transaction was taken. Would definitely recommend

We have had a few kinks starting up but Dylan has handled everything well and with purpose. We are up and running smoothly now. Dylan has been concise and articulate in his explanations and has served my business well so far. Nothing negative to note.
