Great doing business with YND Autoparts.

Buyers beware. I looked at this trustpilot before I bought my engine from them. They always answered the phone when I called so I thought everything was good . I thought I had made a good decision but was I wrong. It was the dumbest decision I ever made.
I should have canceled with them when I kept asking for pictures of the motor and him number before they sent me the motor. They kept giving me excuses that they were going to send them but they never did. They kept saying that they could not get thru on my phone but when they wanted my money they had no problem.
When I finally got the motor. My mechanic told me that the motor had bolts that were broken on the turbo and it did not look like a 2019 Ford motor with 43k miles on it. My mechanic fixed it and put the motor in. They assured me the motor was tested before it was sent out. When my mechanic finished putting the motor in it shut off after engine code came up after a few minutes. He changed a bunch of stuff to see if he could fix the problem. The. Ode that came up was for a bad cylinder. The spark plugs had oil on them.
So I let them no that it was a bad motor. Now all of the sudden the person I talked to was not in or was on leave. So I asked to speak to his supervisor because my car is sitting at the shop. Finally a 10 days later after calling them every day. The told me that that I had to talk to their mechanic. When the mechanic called I put him on with my mechanic he tried everything to say it was my mechanics fault. Which he could not do so he finally said that it was a bad motor and that they should give me a refund.
They want me to pay my mechanic to take out the motor and send it to them then they would decide to give me a refund. I said I wasn't going to trust them to do that to just send me another motor which I didn't want to but that was the best choice I had. Now it's over 2 weeks and now they are either in the phone or on leave. I'm sitting here out of work but they don't care about you they already have your money. Now I have to a motornad car towed to my house from the shop because they want to get paid and they have other jobs. I am on disability i don't have any extra money. So i trusted them because of trustpilot that tells how much these reviews mean. They probably did them themselves. I am still waiting so when I have to pay other people to take me around when I have a car just sitting which is no fault of mine. BUYER BEWARE. If thy send you anything it is you problem to pay to remove their bad part and pay again to have it put back in.
I am still waiting for someone to help me.

I have dealt with Eva quite a few times for hard to find parts, especially engines and she always communicated to me well and got some real good parts when the parts that she had were available. I would definitely deal with her in the future if needed.

I recently purchased a used low mile Engine from this company. I am typically skeptical ordering things online. However when Steve took over the order, his guidance and help made my problem less of a problem. I would recommend these guys to any garage shop or retail customer.

Purchased a motor, found it to be not what was told it was. Milage and condition were not as advertised. Received notification about returning to warehouse for refund. Four months later. No refund. Company has continuously lied and makes excuses about getting a refund. Now won't even take my phone calls. Told to never call again. Completely baffled by the behavior of a company in business for customer service. Lost of what to do, except lawsuit and better business bureau involvement. All coming up.

This is very new company to me, in the past I been buy so many engine from other company , but they expensive and high shipping cost.
I saw this company on Facebook. Well I give them a call , I need 2 Honda odyssey engine . One is 2019 and 2007 .
Before that I talk some one in california the engine cost for 2 of them $2800 for 2019 and 2007 engine cost me $2500
But with this cost me 2019 I paid 1200 include shipping
And 2007 cost me 1050 include shipping.
Both 2 engine very low miles.i am very happy to get 2 Honda odyssey engine from you guy. I will keep this for my shop . Whenever I need engine or transmission I will call you guy.

Inquired about a motor for 2006 Jaguar xjr with a Ricky Philips (Sales Executive). Said he had 2 motors. 1 with 86k miles and 1 with 56k. I chose 56k. After agreeing too and paying for the 56k. They shipped me the 86k miles motor with affixed tag AND Vin# indicating it had 86k miles on it. I verified it via Vin# decoder app. And they STILL tried to say it was the correct motor of 56k that I received. Also the motor was received incomplete as the top blower assembly of the motor was missing. Not attached. After contacting RICKY PHILLIPS, he pushed me off to NICK SMITH. He at first said he would help me in getting a refund for miles difference. And would look into missing part. Know he won't answer my calls or return. I called again and get Mathew Jones. He hangs up on me. I called back again and get Neil (supervisor) after explaining representative ignoring my calls. Now when Neil hears my name or see my number. The line goes dead. This is there CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. And now TODAY no one will take my calls after another attempt on April 1 2026 speaking to a LEO....... He said, and also emailed me a statement saying a refund would be granted and for me to acknowledged that I received the email, which I did. And now NO ONE will take, answer my calls or email. Just ignoring me as I now have a motor with 86k miles on it. And I paid for one with 56k....... SLICK WAY TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. But to hang up and refuse to communicate is unbelievable. Be AWARE of YND AUTO. PARTS AND STARK ENGINES as they are affiliated. Tried reaching out to BOTH. No response. Time to report to local authorities, BBB and Consumer Affairs and others.
