Ordered a Yoeleo C50 Nxt Pro wheelset from Yoeleo Canada. Service was great and the wheel came in about a week. No complaint so far, the wheels are light and super stiff.

Will probably buy a frame from them in a near futur

Great customer experience (R11 disc). Shipping delay respected and fast email reply. Now 2k km on the bike and no problem at all. Would recommend.

I ordered a new head unit and radar rear light from Yoeleo Canada. Product came quickly and undamaged. Love the my new head-unit and radar and very pleased with how easy it was to order and receive product.

My experience - with a Yoeleo rear wheel - still “under warranty”, beginning with a first email contact with Yoeleo on July 23, 2024, and ending Oct 7, 2024 with UPS delivery. (Actually it ended Oct 9, after the bike shop rebuilt the warrantied Yoeleo CF rim):

The wheels were used for <1000 kms (C50 Pro, 50mm deep, DT 350 hub rim brake CF rims).
It (the rear wheel) went out-of-true during a ride - and 2 different bike mechanics were not able to re-true the wheel successfully.

Yoeleo sucked the life out of me with their never-ending questions, and pictures and bike-mechanic assessment requests.

Then, IF you are lucky, you may finally receive the go-ahead for a warranty replacement.
Be aware however; they’ll charge exorbitant shipping fees of $80 USD + taxes ($125.32 CAD) for one (1) plain CF rim (i.e., not a full wheel) while under *warranty* and you’ll HAVE TO PAY AGAIN for duties ($37CAD), and HAVE TO PAY for the bike shop to transfer your old wheel’s parts (spokes and hub and re-tension / re-true) onto the WARRANTIED new CF rim ($90 CAD).

HOWEVER, be patient. Because they’ll take a very looonnnggg time to ship it. They then shipped the wrong rim, first time around, further delaying everything.

Plus, don’t expect any proactive updates from Yoeleo China or the Montreal Canada office rep, re. the warrantied item’s status. Onus is on the customer to constantly nag them for that info.

You’ll waste more than half your biking season when all is said and done. (July 23 - Oct 9 in my case).

Plus with all the fees you’ll have to pay, you’ll wonder if it was truly worth it. Answer: IT ISN’T WORTH IT.

Caveat emptor: Read their fine print under “Warranties” (good luck easily finding that section in their website).

TL;DR, - $252 Out-of-pocket for a *warrantied* rim + 2.5 months wait time without the CF rear wheel + headaches.

With 20/20 hindsight on my Yoeleo warranty experience - when one considers many companies now offer fully “warrantied” (lol) CF wheelsets on AliExpress, for $500-600-700 CAD; I should’ve ordered a complete, new wheelset from AliExpress on July 23, 2024 instead.

If you never have any warranty issues - you’ll never know about their snail-paced, extremely slow turn-around times, and stingy policy of charging the customer for warranty-replaced-item shipping / duties / bike shop labour - because as they say, Ignorance is Bliss.

I have had several orders with Yoeleo Canada (3 sets of carbon rims and 3 frames). Shipping was reasonable and the the bikes and wheels are taking everything I can throw at it! Will be ordering from them again.

ship from ,yoeleo replied that they ship from Montreal , and I'm in Toronto ,I thought from Montreal to Toronto it would be fast , so I placed an order for a set of track wheels , as soon as I placed the order yoeleo asked for 20 days to ship the wheels ,I wasn't happy about that ,but I waited , 2 month came and no sign of wheels , I sent yoeleo an email asking about my order ,I asked when it would be shipped ,I got no answer from yoeleo , I panicked called the bank and asked for my money back , the bank put the money back in my account temporarily pending a dispute with yoeleo , a month later I got an email from yoeleo saying they had just shipped the wheels from China ,they told me previously they would be shipping from Montreal now 3 month later yoeleo ship the wheel from China the wheels
came via UPS ,and I refused the order , the order went back to China and yoeleo still filed a dispute trying to get the money from the bank , I still had to send all the emails to the bank ,the bank sent yoeleo packing , what a bunch of crooks this yoeleo is.

These guys scammed me, they say they have a warehouse in Canada but they are just a third party shipper from US. You get large duty fees.

I am very disappointed with the service from Yoeleo Canada. I placed an order for a frameset on June 1st (Order #2262) and have not received any updates or the product, despite it being well over 21 business days. I reached out to their customer service and was promised a response yesterday, but I have yet to hear back from them.

The lack of communication and the delay have caused significant inconvenience, and I have now requested a full refund. This experience has been very frustrating and has left me quite unhappy with the service provided

This is only about yoleo Canada, as I've only dealt with them. The customer service so far has been TERRIBLE..like the worse ever..plus I had to contact my credit card for a refund as I NEVER RECEIVED what I ordered..then when I asked for customer service I got nothing but lippy replies and no real help...they are a joke. All they do is reorder from China.do yourself a favor and order from Panda podium instead..you'll actually get what you order

Customer service was responsive and helpful. The wheels were a gamble as the price was very good ( 30mm, rim brake, clinchers). Out of the box the wheels were perfectly true and all the parts were there. My first ride was 55km, strong cross wind with decent climbs and the wheels felt great! Smooth, cornered well with 28mm tires, and the braking was good (rim brakes). The value of these wheel is very good. My gamble is paying off after one ride.

Very very bad customer service. I ordered a wheelset insaid NO DECALS. On the 16th day i emailed them to get an update. They said that my order NO DECAL satin black is an old style they can only do MARBLE finish. The PROBLEM is… if i didnt email them they will not let me know. They waited for my email before letting me know. What if i didsnt email them? My wheels will be stuck there forever

I purchased a frame from Yoeleo a few years ago. When the frame arrived there were some screws missing from the rear hanger. The company have always been quick to respond to sales enquiries, but often no response or very delayed to service queries.
When they did respond they suggested I source the screws myself.
The bike has been great since then. Recently I tried contacting them for a spare derailleur hanger. They were extremely difficult to contact, after many weeks and responding only to WhatsApp they agreed to send the part. They charged $25 USD for postage and sent the wrong part. Again not responding to any further messages.
My experience with the product was good value & fair quality for the price but consistently terrible service.
Had been considering another bike build through them but would absolutely not use again or recommend.

Package is lost and contacted courier DPD. They say complaining with the seller and they need to fix this
Yoeleos thing is to never even try solving the problem.

Even sended an official police report that the package is missing and still they wave it off as my problem.
While Yoeleobike received the money for the discwheel I never received the wheel.
And yet again it is never solved because they waive everything over to the buyer

Purchased a set of 50mm Carbon Wheels with DT Swiss 240 Hubs. Received the wheels in less than 2 weeks. This is my 2nd set of Yoeleo Wheels, they are best wheelset I have owned( Bontrager, HED, and Syncros), I keep them clean and have the serviced for the spring/summer.

I placed my order on the 10th of November with an expected delivery time of 3-15 days. After four weeks of hearing nothing, I wrote an e-mail to yoeleo. They answered me the next day, that my wheels would be shipped by the end of the week.
On my latest request regarding the order status almost two month after the order, I didn’t receive any answer.

No delivery delay provided for 6 weeks after purchase despite advertised delivey time of maximum 3 weeks.
Bogus shipping links provided when complaint filed (with label creation date pre-dating purchase, for example). Quick e-mail response, but no progress on order after 7 weeks. Refund denied by company representative.

Purchased a 2023 R12 emerald green frame set. The frame is an excellent build quality and rides very well. Would be a 5 star other than fact frame did not come with front derailleur cable stop and they new I was building up with Campy so need it. Once that was rectified and bike is built I can say it is fast, comfortable and beautiful to look at. But the paint scratches very easily, I should have put a few coats of wax on it first!!
I would recommend this bike to people as is as nice or nicer than a lot of frames you would pay 3 or 4 times as much for!

Ich habe mir Anfang November 2022 ein R11 Rahmenset mit Lenker bestellt. Dieser wurde fristgerecht und wie versprochen von UPS in der Neujahrswoche 2023 ,trotz Pandemie in China, geliefert. Kleine Anmerkung - meine Frau hat zur gleichen Zeit das Aerfast4 Pro Di2 von Storck bestellt und wartet immer noch auf ihren Renner!!!! Meinen Rahmen habe ich mit der Dura Ace Di2 Gruppe, Dt Swiss 48 1100 Ceramic Laufräder und Felgenbremsen aufgebaut. Das fertige Rad hat eine 58er Rahmenhöhe (XL) und wiegt mit Pedale lediglich 7,1kg. Ich habe nun schon 4000Km und über 60.000 Hm runter und ich kann das Yoeleo nur in höchsten Tönen loben. Es fährt sich ausgezeichnet - der perfekte Allrounder. Flink bei Steigungen und schnell auf langen Drückerpassagen. Die Verarbeitung des Rahmens ist dank Latexschlauch Tooling sensationell. Bei der Montage sind mir keinerlei rauhe oder scharfe Kanten im Tretlager Bereich, Steuersatz/Lenkkopf und Sattelrohr aufgefallen. Der Lenker ist eine Augenweide und es sind keine nervigen Knackgeräusche zu vernehmen. Ich bin mit meinen 196cm Körpergröße und 83kg nicht der leichteste Fahrer, trotzdem wirkt der Rahmen auch bei heiklen Bergabfahrten stabil und sicher. Der mitgelieferte Steuersatz verdient es nicht in den qualitativ hochwertigen Rahmen eingebaut zu werden und wurde durch einen hochwertigen Steuersatz der Firma PRO ersetzt. Dies ist bei diesem wirklich sehr fairen Preis vertretbar. Ich habe schon viele Rahmen aufgebaut, ausschließlich von Namhaften Herstellern wie Giant, Liv, Cervelo, Scott und Bianchi. Die Rahmen fingen alle samt bei circa 2500€ an und waren zum Teil nicht so perfekt verarbeitet. Der negative Höhepunkt war ein Stevens Prestige Rahmen. Das Pressfit Tretlager war leider kein Pressfit. Es war so schlecht verarbeitet das ein Tretlager/Innenlager nicht ohne Spiel montiert werden konnte und man somit von einem ständigen Knacken begleitet wurde. Das Yoeleo bekam ein Stronglight Ceramic Innenlager und es läuft ruhig und leicht damit .Noch hervorzuheben ist das mitgelieferte Ersatz- Schaltauge und die wirklich sehr hochwertig verarbeiteten Kabelführungen die je nach Ausstattung die Kabel bzw Züge im Rahmen führen.Ich kann das Yoeleo R11 nur weiterempfehlen und werde mir demnächst das R12 Disc bestellen. Mann muss eines bedenken, alle wirklich alle Carbonrahmen, ausgenommen Pinarello Rahmen werden in Fernost gefertigt. Ich denke Yoeleo Rahmen ist ein guter Kompromiss für das perfekte Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

I've been waiting 8 months for my G21 frameset to be delivered. That's 8 months without a bike that I was told would be shipped in 60 days from my order. I have been asking for a refund for the past 2 months and keep being told to be patient.
I was told on February 5th the frame would ship in 10-15 days. On March 13th, I was told it was in QC and would ship that week. On March 22nd, I was told it was done, and you would expedite shipping. On April 12th, I was told you were packing the frame and would ship that day. On April 24th, I was told it was at FedEx, and I should have it in 7 days. It is now May 3rd, and FedEx tracking clearly shows they have yet to receive it.
I wish I had never heard of Yoeleo.
