Honestly, this is from a long time user. It’s a company I can rely on. They put me in touch with the manufacturer for parts. I’ve had a controller go out and they replaced it right away. Spare parts are sent in a week. Support messages quickly (just remember they are in a different country y’know, time zones matter) I’ve had my bike for a year now and any issues are easily fixed. For the budget for the effort, incredible company. I really appreciate everyone I’ve been in contact with. Thank you amyet because seriously I ride my bike everyday lol

Also like I really ride my bike, I’ve got 2000 miles on it, I’ve jumped it off 7 foot drops (please don’t void me I love my bike) like seriously. I get so many compliments and the bike has been amazing. Eb26 or any other bike will keep you going on your day to day. If I can do what I do on mine you’ll be set lol. My brother and nephew both have the same bike too it’s fun!

Nice bike and pretty fast

The bike is terrible. I had problems from the moment I got it. You can NEVER speak to someone on the phone and always have to wait 24 hours between emails. I have had this bike less than a year and it does not work at all. A total waste of money!!! Do not buy from this company.

I would want a refund

I am writing to report two fraudulent transfers totaling $360, sent via Ria to a recipient named Mary Jones in Kingston, Jamaica.

What happened:
We contacted Amyet, an online ebike retailer from whom we previously purchased 2 G60 bikes, to purchase a battery for one of the e-bikes. In response to our voicemail, we received a callback from a representative named Johnny Jackson, calling from 901-310-5946. He instructed us to send payment of $180 via Ria. He then claimed the payment had not gone through, so we sent a second $180 payment — resulting in two successful transfers totaling $360. We never received any email confirmation of a purchase.

When we requested a refund for the overpayment, the representative tried to convince us to send additional money, claiming that was the only way to get our refund — which we refused to do. We also attempted to reach the company via customer service email but received no response.

Separately, Johnny Jackson put us on the phone with someone claiming to be his manager, who sent a Yahoo verification code to our cell phone and appeared to be attempting to log into our email account without a password. We refused to share the code.

Bought a brand new bike, battery didn't want to charge so they sent me a different model battery that didn't fit my eb26. The original controller keeps overheating and they told me its brand new so it should be fine, but its not fine, its overheating and i can only ride dor a mile or so before it shuts the bike down. They said they would send a new controller so we will see

My front end of the bike collapsed while I was riding !!! I almost died being thrown off the bike into traffic. Luckily my reaction time saved my life. The bike failed and this company is not good with the safety of the customer. Why did my bike frame collapse ??? It’s crazy this is Suppose to be safe ??? Riding 33 miles per hour the the front end gives out ?? It’s a death trap I’m demanding a refund and I may be taking them to court. No reason for metal to bend unless the are using cheaper product for the front end which is seriously cheap and worry’s me for other riders.

Factory warranty is a bunch of crap. I've been waiting on them to reimburse me for a battery I bought and still haven't received anything. They're too hard to get in contact with.

Plugged it in turned on road it put my bike in full speed lock mode then fired my internal computer

Ur bike came in damaged and I couldn't get it fix so I had to return it and get new one and I didn't get my refund from Walmart yet

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE QUALITY OF THE PURCHASE

VERY DISAPOINTED. Bought two bikes. Only one has been working for the last two years. It has been in the shop and back 5 times! I still can't get assistance from Amyet.

The bike was great, for the first few weeks. I don't know if I was given a defective product or what but after a few weeks of use, the screws holding the rear wheel to it's hub shot out, I've tried replacing the screws, using red loctite, but the damage is already done, the bolts keep shooting out. And then the issue I had buying the bike, I bought the bike and was told it'd start shipping within a week of purchase, I had to email Amyet after over a week of nothing, they only responded to one of my emails every few days, come to find out, the bike that I had bought was out of stock, and I had to settle for the same bike in another color, and then it takes about a month for them to give me the $20 refund I was promised. It wouldn't be so bad if the customer service wasn't N/A, I can't get ahold of anybody to save my life. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, if something happens and you need to talk to Amyet, you're gonna be punching air trying, good luck

The bike itself was nice when i was able to borrow a friends battery, otherwise it doesn’t work since there something wrong with a brake cable that causes the power to keep dropping off. Also the battery does not hold charge so i can only use it when borrowing another if possible. They dont respond quick to emails about it either since i just need replacement parts for just those two things and i would rate it super high, like i already customized the bike frame with stickers and stuff to my liking but cant enjoy it
