Great experience
I bought the HappyRun G-100 Pro about a month ago and rerally love the bike. I have to say the way HappyRun package the bikes and other items are superior to other companies. The bike did have an electrical issue with the display flickering and bike cutting off. I reached out to HappyRun sending Pictures and a video. After about 5 days the company sent me a replacement controller, battery balancer and even a speed sensor to make sure I had the parts that would may fix the issue. Upon installing the controller and battery balancer, it fixed the issue...my bike it up and running. I also bought the G-100 a few months back with no issues with that one. So anyway I am a satisfied customer and HappyRun customer service is spot-on for now. Hope the company continue the good work.

Excellent customer service, especially amongst the e-bike manufactures. They are always super responsive, and stand behind their warranty. The only complaint I have is that the battery cover latch lock broke due to improper fitment. A replacement lock and key set way $45. These are typically $6-10 elsewhere. It was annoying to have to pay so much to replace a part that failed due to design flaw. Still a loyalist and big fan though.

bought the HappyRun G300 Pro to be my daily commuter. Out of the box, the bike itself was great and incredibly fun to ride, but the charger that shipped with it is completely dysfunctional and dangerous—and the company's customer support has completely ghosted me.
This week, I unwrapped the charger for its very first uses. The indicator light turned solid green, showing a full charge. Trusting the equipment, I headed out for my morning commute. Halfway to work, I realized the battery was actually dangerously close to dying—the charger had never actually filled it, despite showing a green light.
Because HappyRun explicitly states in their manuals that running this heavy-duty battery down too low damages the cells, I was put in an awful position. To stay safe and keep up with moving city traffic on my commute, I was forced to pin the throttle on a nearly dead battery, actively harming my brand-new, expensive machine just to avoid an accident.
This total equipment failure rendered me completely immobile at my job. It created a massive logistics headache not just for me and my workplace, but also for my fiancé, forcing multiple people to completely rearrange their daily work schedules to rescue me.
I have sent multiple emails to the HappyRun support team explaining the situation, and they have completely ignored me. Zero remedy, zero communication. If you are buying this bike to depend on it for a real commute, be warned: if you get a defective part, you are entirely on your own. Absolute radio silence from customer service.

They apologized for the issue and asked for my shipping address. Customer service notified me of my replacement motor would he sent to my address. I was happy with there promt service and solution. Good job and keep up the great work 👍

Had an issue with the battery not…
Had an issue with the battery not charging. My grandson was very disheartened. I emailed and they were able to help with troubleshooting and instructional videos. It took me longer than them. I sent videos back of how it did not charge and they responded in less than 24 hrs that battery would be replaced. Update was just given as they are sending new battery via FedEx and FedEx has confirmed it is on the way. Very grateful for their response.

**Disappointed and Frustrated with This Defective Bike**
I really wanted to love this bike, but after receiving it, I’m extremely disappointed. The bike arrived with multiple obvious defects that should have never left the factory.
Visually, the problems are impossible to ignore. The frame has several poorly welded joints — the welds look sloppy, uneven, and rushed. Some areas show excessive weld material buildup, while others have gaps and weak-looking connections. The welding job overall is terrible; it looks like it was done by someone in a hurry with no quality control. I’m genuinely concerned about the structural integrity and long-term safety of riding this bike.
Beyond the welds, I found bent parts, misaligned components, and scratches/dents in multiple places right out of the box. Nothing about this bike feels solid or well-built. Every time I look at it, the defects jump out — it’s not something you can easily overlook.
When I reached out to the support team for help with these issues, I was completely denied assistance. They offered no solutions, no replacement parts, and no real support whatsoever. It felt like they just wanted to wash their hands of the problem once the bike was sold.
I expected a functional, well-constructed bike for the money I paid, not a defective product with subpar welding and zero customer support when problems arose. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this bike or this company to anyone.
