Yorkshire AV are a family run, independent HiFi and Home Cinema Retailer and installer in Nort Yorkshire. We've been selling online since May 2020 and opened our showroom in October 2020. Our store features three demonstration rooms: Home Cinema, HeadFi and a HiFi room as well as large showroom with over 1000 products on display. Based in a 300 year old barn - we are a destination hifi store and customers tend to contact us to book in for appointments although you are welcome to pop in any time for a listen and a chat on all things audio! We're a small team - that's growing organically and we welcome any opportunity to showcase our products and services be it in store or in your own home.

Received wrong KLIPSCH speaker .being ignored by customer service . difficult to speak to someone.waiting 6 days for someone to collect the wrong speaker.everytime they are telling me today or tomorrow.but nothing happens.Hi I contacted you previously many times and feeling being ignored.yesterday again I been told that I will receive courier booking confirmation and still I didn't receive anything.you suppose to collect your KLIPSCH speaker on Wednesday then yesterday then today .but nobody tells me when it's gonna happen.my opinion this is not how you should looking after customers.this speaker should be a birthday present to someone now I'm gonna end up with no present at the party.i contact you on 14/11/2022 to take the speaker away today is 19/11/2022.yes someone spoke to me and keep me waiting longer and longer since 14)11/22 till 19/11/22 before courier get arranged.please check your chat messages nobody reply to them.regarding your email you send me there is nothing I can do .just information to read.yesterday I ask for poor of booking still didn't get that.today I received one which is another one.thanks

Hi - I am disappointed you felt the need to leave a 1 star review. You've spoken to us over the phone several times and we've kept you updated throughout.
I replied to your email this morning to which you've not replied from what I can see:
"Hi Anna
Firstly – I am really sorry about the speaker situation.
I have attached a few emails here for you – I have been relaying what the distributor has been telling me at all times.
I spoke with them yesterday as I was disappointed that an order I placed with them to be shipped directly to you *still* hadn’t dispatched (despite being told it had been).
They also arranged the collection – but they arranged the collection from ourselves and not from you….
So – here is what I have done:
1) Arranged collection directly – this is booked in with DPD on Monday.
2) I’ve had confirmation that the R30 has been dispatched from our account rep (again – I am sorry for the incorrect product on the website and the delay here – my email shows a lot of forwards and backwards).
3) I am crediting you £50 for the issues you’ve encountered – this is not how I want my customers to experience their first purchase with us.
Please let me know if I can do anything else?"

We visited once their demo room was open.
A superb setup with high quality and reasonably priced home cinema setups and hifi packages.
They had many speakers in the price range we were looking at from £600-£1500 and took the time to demo each pair with us, highlighting the differences.
We walked away with a great deal on an amplifier and speaker setup. Thank you to Gary for his help!
