I purchacd a Extra Deep Fitted Sheets 40cm and wax fery dussapointed with the quality and fit.
Because if the poor design the fitted sheet is forever coming off the matress and requires constant attention.
My advise. Don't bother

Finding mainly fitted sheets online, I came across super king-size Egyptian cotton flat sheets at an extremely good price. Bought 2 pairs which entitled me to free postage. They arrived within a couple of days and I'm very pleased with them for the price. You can buy thicker ones for a little bit more but these really are a bargain. I received a gift for my purchase and I was very pleased with 2 lovely velvet cushion covers! I expected them to be very basic but they really are very good quality. I'll definitely recommend this company

clear and timely communications, received ontime. ordered 9 sherpa blankets two sizes, I expected them to be thicker and a bit bigger. they are soft enough, summer weight only and stitched well.

The negative reviews do not reflect my experience of this company. I have just received my 4th order from the company and as usual the quality is excellent. All products so far have been soft and what you need for a good night's sleep and are the same after several washes. Ordered on Monday and delivered on Wednesday in robust packaging. Excellent service and very competitive pricing. They use Amazon logistics as a courier and my experience from other retailers suggests they have teething problems which should get better. Slight negative is the use of discount codes which needs Customer service intervention which needs to be resolved for the future

Ordered 2 duvet sets, 2 fitted sheets and 2 packs of pillow cases. One of the duvet sets unfortunately arrived in the wrong size. Customer services picked up my message immediately and dispatched the correct size duvet set which arrived within 2 days. Great value for money and fantastic customer service.

Ordered navy blue velour curtains for a bedroom. They came promptly but they are petrol blue not Navy blue. Said I had to pay to return them which is not my fault that they are not as described. Tried to offer me 10% off which is annoying as I said I don’t want them because of the colour regardless to how much they gave me off I would never use! Beware of this company!!

Ordered before reading reviews so was worried however item delivery was within 2 days and rug was good value for the price so I have no complaints I don't quite know what people are expecting for the price

Paid for curtain rod which has never arrived tried to contact them by phone directed to a London number no one answering. Gmail told me it was not a correct email address they show, this is a very suspect site wonder if Chinese?? Anyway do not order be warned!!!!!

Total joke, ordered from Yorkshire bedding, then to be told my delivery is due… moonlight bedding, quality is terrible, never ordered from this company… moonlight bedding, I ordered from Yorkshire bedding.

So finally got my refund back after they got back to me telling me it got lost then said they sent it out again which was another lie. Gotta laugh at the fast and free delivery they advertise never again would I shop from here

I recently ordered 2 duvets from the website and I was really disappointed with the quality of the outer covering of the duvet which is made of Corvin instead of cloth. I have to pay for return tracked postage which is about 6.6 pounds. I will highly recommend u to buy on Tik Tok and not the website if u still want to give this Company a try as return is free of charge on tik Tok.

The company will try to incentivise u to keep the shitty product with a 10% refund. Initially, I thought I will be ok to keep the product with this incentive but after 1 hour, I changed my mind and I really hated the bulky things in my house.

Just want to share my experience so that u will not waste 6.6 pounds on return fee. It’s better to just buy duvets from uk supermarkets with much better quality made of real cloth covering instead of corvin.

Waited a while for delivery but now received the velvet footstool and it Beautiful and very well made. Communication wasn't the best hence only 3 stars.

Product just tossed over back wall. Wen open deep sided mattress protector was paper thin. Would of tornmif i stretch over. My thick mattress. Would not take return or refund me. Do not ever biy from this company.

Ordered and told 3 different delivery dates. Each time they couldnt deliver.
We have 24/7 front desk staff in our block. The so called attempt today was when i was sat at our receotion and guess what! No one turned up! Lies! Probably what looks like a scam! Thank goodness i paid with paypal. They also operate another company under the name moonlight bedding! Avoid and do not buy.

I have ordered few 40cm deep fitted sheets just want to say they have fitted perfect on my deep matteress the quality is brilliant washed first becore use they are beautiful soft ive irdered several colours are exactly as you see so now uve just ordered recieved for my friend to as gift brilliant service yorkshire bedding alison

Paid for 4 duck feather pillows on the 25/12/24 but seller only sent 2 pillows. Received pillows on the 30/12/24 and made contact immediately asking about the remaining pillows. Seller responded on the 01/01/25 and offering me a refund for 2 pillows and keep the other 2. I declined and asked for the rest of the pillows be sent out.

Seller never responded so I had to send another message voicing my frustration. I also asked seller why 2 pillows were sent out instead of 4. The only response I had was your pillows have been posted. I am still waiting for the pillows. I will be contacting OnBuy support and asked for a refund. I will no longer wait for pillows and seller will have to cover return postage.

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST…

I received my bedding. Quick delivery. Sheets are exactly as I expected for the price. I'm pleased with them so far.

I ordered more than 20 different pieces, lots of Duvet sets, pillow cases, fitted sheets. They all brilliant. Very soft fabric, I truly love them. Also great colours, exactly as shown on pictures. I don't know why so many negative comments. I don't like Very thick, rough beddings. Yorkshire bedding are the best I found.
