Bought two duvets and a king size duvet cover. The duvets are like the ones available in asda for £8. Nothing like the picture. At least if you spend the same money in amazon u will get a better quality duvet. The duvet is like paper.
Secondly the duvet cover is not cotton as implied by the thread count stated on the website. Overall I am not happy with the product and would definitely not purchase from them again or recommend to anyone. The website description and pictures are misleading, and I would recommend u spending your money elsewhere.

I ordered two double quilts from this company as I wanted to support British business. Unfortunately the quality was very poor and not at all like the online description. As others have pointed out the cover material is like tissue paper!
What has made matters worse is that after just 6 months use the stitching is coming apart. I notified Yorkshire Bedding only to be informed by reply that the return or refund period is limited 14 days! So after that has expired they offer no guarantee at all.
Whilst this clearly does not comply with the sale of goods act and the requirement for satisfactory quality this company does not think this applies to them.
Hopefully any prospective customer of Yorkshire Bedding reading this review, will do themselves a big favour and buy from someone else.

Inaccurate colour

Ordered a rug but it came and was blue and not grey as ordered. I have been told I can send it back, but need to pay passage myself - for such a large item this is a significant cost!

Ordered a buvet which was not good quality. Tried to call over a week no answer tried email no answer tried asking for a quote for a large order didn’t answer . Waste of space. You have to contact them within 14 days otherwise you can’t get a refund or replacement. Maybe that’s why they don’t answer. Reported the company to trading standards . Don’t waste your time or money

Bought a Double 13 tog quilt, a Duvet cover, mattress protector, deep fitted sheet all lovely. Did get two bounce back pillows for the spare room so can’t comment as not used them, but they seem fine. Delivery was quick. Happy with price paid Was a bit concerned as I read reviews after I had placed the order but I would be happy to order again from them again.

Having read the reviews (after purchase) I was worried and sadly I also received the wrong size of duvet but this is where the similarity end

I contacted Yorkshire Bedding who answered promptly, were very apologetic and swiftly resolved the issue

In the end not only did I very quickly receive the correct size of duvet but I was told to keep the original duvet which I have donated to charity

I could not be happier with the service I received

I ordered the bounce back pillows. Within days they were as flat as pancakes. A total waste of my money. I am furious. I have purchased bounce back pillows before, from another company, and they are brilliant. I purchased these for my son expecting a similar quality. They are so inferior, so bad, I'm too embarrassed to donate them to our local charity shop.

Description of fitted sheets is they are a snug fit on the mattress.
Having recently purchased 4 king size deep mattress sheets I am writing this review at 3am.
There is nothing 'snug' about the fit. The width is greater than the new king size mattresses recently purchased which makes the sheets wrinkle and too uncomfortable to sleep on.

Twice they sent the wrong size curtains. Paid royal mail to return them. I know they received them, but they're saying that I have to cancel the returns on ebay to receive my refund! Surely they should advise ebay that the goods have been received? I've given them 3 working days to send the refund or I'll do a charge back through my bank. Don't use this Company!

advertise pillows as soft filled bounce back with a picture of lovely pillows then send out pillows that are nothing like what they advertise absolutely rubbish don't waste your money

I ordered a double duvet set as a present for my son. They delivered the correct item... with another duvet set (this one was a King size) which was for some other customer! I emailed the company to say they'd shipped me someone else's order, and guess what... They shipped another one to me!! Incredible!
I rang customer services and a man answered the phone with a "Yes?". I thought I had the wrong number, but it was the correct number. I explained to him the issue and he wasn't interested. Eventually, he said he'd email me a return postage label, but I never received it. So, I took both duvet sets to a charity shop!
Don't buy from this company!!

Absolutely no way flat sheets for king are Egyptian cotton! They are so rough! This is definitely a cheap company that don’t give a damn what their customer thinks! They need to close down!

I kept receiving loads of emails from them with discounts etc as we were doing our kids rooms up I purchased their hotel pillows and bounce back pillows and their soft touch range of duvets - what they have sent is the cheap quality items no hotel pillows and no soft touch duvets it’s that cheap netting material complete scammers no way can you get a simple order so wrong they’ve sent cheap items on purpose I’ve complained and their email apologised and offers me 20% refund!! Not happy not accepting it off to report them now to ACAS and seek Citizens Advice this is the second bedding company to rip us off online stick with branded websites and pay the extra is my advice now

I recently reviewed this company and it was not good . I have since heard from them asking me for feedback for a product I am still yet to receive. They obviously don’t liaise between the ordering department and the customer service department or they would be aware of the fact that it has taken over 11 days and they have still not delivered my order. I will be asking for a full refund which if the order is anything to go by will never happen . My personal advise to future maybe customers is think once think twice then walk away
