The people are very friendly , kind and helpful . Their customer service is of quality. I did find that there was very little guidance regarding the program . I had done a similar program in which there was actual coaching involved . It was challenging that at times I didn’t know what to ask. There is a lot of information on the website which can be overwhelming and time consuming to go through . More detailed verbal explanation/ orientation would have been helpful

What a scam diet
What a scam diet, made me sick as hell and vomitting. No science behind this, it is a sham and a cash cow for the owner, but it is a scam diet. I tried it for months and got sicker every week.

Truly the best weightloss program ever!

I have to say I've tried it all
I have to say I've tried it all ! Always gained the weight back. This program really works! It changes your metabolism and how you look at food. Barbara has been my saving grace and I saw her weekly but she was always available 24/7 for any questions I had throughout the program and continues to check in. I am so grateful for this program and the help I received. It's truly changed my life!
