This program is amazing
This program is amazing. Whether you need to lose a lot or a little it is able to adjust to each individuals needs. For me- I do it every year as a detox to jumpstart my healthy eating and prepare for spring and summer. It’s not about losing weight. It’s about healthy clean eating. This does it every time. The support you get from Barbara and her team is amazing. If you ask a question they will answer you the same day. This program is about making you successful in what ever your goals are. My results were stunning!!. Following the bead diet program of acupressure and intermittent fasting I went from a size 12 to a size 2 in 3.5 months. My doctor was shocked at my annual check up. He said he had only ever seen results like this with surgery. He gave me every test in the book. He was sure I had compromised my health to get these results. In fact, I could not be healthier. I was no longer pre-diabetic. I was stronger than I had been in years. 10 years later,, at 61 years old, I am still within a 5 pound radius and size 4. I go back on the program every few years for a reset. A two week detox. Accu life changed my life!! Thank you Dr. S And Barbara!!
