I had some major frustrations with purchasing this ring. Most of them were preventable as well. My main issue was the lead time. I di not see anything about the ammount of time it would take to create the ring before shipping. I never saw an estimated time of when the ring will be in my hands. It took 6 weeks from order to ship date (May 26th --> July 2nd) which missed our anniversary date. Links to show the tracking info on the website did not go anywhere. Lastly, When I asked for an estimated date they mentioned there is a way to expedite my order for an addtional $20. So I purchased that hoping it would shorten my order from an estimated 5 weeks to 3 weeks as mentioned. It did not shorten the time and still took 6 weeks.

The reason I still gave two stars is the customer service was cordial and not rude.

I would not order from them again because of the lack of initial communication and accuracy in estimations unless I did not care how long it took.

Everyone on the team was very communicative and made sure that the ring I ordered is exactly what I wanted. I had a custom order and it was made beautifully!

Insgesamt war die Erfahrung mit KzKJewel sehr sehr gut. Von der Kommunikation bis zur Lieferung lief alles super. Aygun einer der Mitarbeiter war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dort einen Ring zu bestellen kann ich empfehlen, ich würde es wieder tun. :)
