My daughter is already stating this will be an heirloom for her to pass down. It truly is that beautiful .

I ordered a wedding band. After checkout I received an email confirming the purchase. It stated that the ring was going to take weeks to be made and then shipped. Their website clearly states that the shipping in the US was 1-5 business days. Nothing was mentioned about the ring taking weeks to make and then it would be shipped 1-5 days later at checkout out like they claimed. I emailed them to cancel the order immediately. They responded that they don’t accept cancellations and the ring was already being made which was physically impossible! After several emails they offered a 70% refund but didn’t disclose why they would be keeping 30% I refused and disputed it with my bank and I got a full refund.

I have actually ordered two rings from Etsy. I was so in love with the first I decided to get a second. Both rings are so beautiful and I feel happy looking at my ring every time I look at both of them. Both experiences have been really delightful. The first thing I believe was local and the size was already available so I received it right away. The second however came from out of country which I was not expecting. No extra charge for it. I reached out to ask the status of the shipment and Yulia was so helpful responding right away and keeping me up to date on the process.

They are really great and products are beautifully made. Very happy with my purchases.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this jewelry seller through etsy. The ring is beautiful, there were regular updates on the status of the ring and any questions were answered quickly.

The ring itself was well packaged in shipping and is stunning! Would 100% recommend them :)

I want to preface this by saying I was initially in love with the ring and left a 5-star review on Etsy. I wish I had waited before actually wearing the ring.

I ordered a yellow gold filled (!) ring with cubic zirconias. However, it has become obvious that the ring is not gold filled as stated on Etsy. It's probably gold plated at best. Here on Trustpilot their bio says gold-plated as well, which means they are misleading customers on Etsy.

I noticed severe wear on day TWO. I do not work with my hands. I remove the ring when I wash or lotion my hands. I don't wear it at night. I've been so gentle with it.

Was the price on the low side for a gold-filled ring? Sure! But I still feel disappointed because I love this ring and I know I'll need to swap it in the very near future.

I ordered my wedding band from yourasteria via Etsy, I wanted to make a couple of changes to the ring that wasn’t listed, so I contacted them over messages and they were super helpful and reassuring ! The customer service has been nothing but great and I was over the moon with the ring itself when it arrived! The postage was very quick considering it was coming from EU and I am UK with tracking to keep track of each stage, well packed and arrived when it said it would. I ordered the white gold with moissanites and it is absolutely beautiful and more than I could have hoped for! This was also a fraction of the cost that a lot of big retailers are charging!
