Long delays, poor customer service, and too heavy to lift and assemble
I ordered a 4-person sauna in February and received an email at the beginning of April saying the stock would arrive in mid-April. By the end of May, still nothing. I had emailed several times and was told someone would get back to me, but they never did. Finally delivered on 11th June. One of the parcels was so heavy that my husband and I couldn't lift it into the house, so it's currently outside, covered with a tarp to keep it dry until we can find help to get it in. There's no way we will be able to build it ourselves. The website briefly mentions an assembly option, but there's no option to book this when ordering. The company should be far clearer on their website that the larger saunas are incredibly heavy and will require several strong people to handle delivery and assembly. All in all, a really disappointing experience. I wouldn't buy from this company again.
