Very easy to book a delivery online. Great driver who respected our property and gave advise on our oil tank to keep it in tip top condition. The only downside was payment wasn't taken straight away.

AWFUL
Would give 0 stars id could. Paid a premium to get quick delivery as oil run out. Sent an email oil not coming as ordered. Rang to be given school boy excuses - the lorry has broken down - we have a driver off sick. Woman on phone attitude was don't give a toss. Worse than terrible service.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Ernest Cooper Ltd have been extremely impressed with the service received from Your NRG. From the outset we have found the company to be professional, reliable, friendly and always strive to provide the best quote possible.
A special mention has to go to Leanne, who is a real asset to Your NRG. She is always extremely professional and helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our fuel requirements are always met. Her communication is excellent, she keeps us fully informed if any unforeseen circumstances do happen.

Good customer service
After a stressful time moving house I then had to find a company who would supply oil to my new home. My neighbour recommended I contact NRG and I was pleased I did.
I rang my nearest branch, Hartlepool and spoke to Joanne who was very polite and helpful. Oil ordered and a delivery date arranged for the end of the month. The next day I received an email from Joanne advising me that my oil would be delivered within the next two days and it was. I can't comment on the delivery, as I wasn't at home but the delivery driver put the confirmation receipt in my letterbox.
Overall a good service and I will be booking another delivery in the future.

Very impressed
Very impressed. Super delivery driver, instead of the usual “can’t access tank” message, he came to the door, explained the problem and helped me cut back the offending hedge. He couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. After my problems with oil deliveries last winter, he was a breath of fresh air.
