The item was not cold packed, the needles were in a bag so could be damaged in transit and no alcohol/ antiseptic wipes included.

It only took 3 days to arrive after paperwork submitted
I was beginning to get desperate because although I had been prescribed this chemotherapy medicine it was not apparently available in Wales where I live. I had been told to start using it as soon as possible. Thankfully Yourpharmacy were able to supply it.
