I ordered Christmas presents for my wife (cat print pajamas and socks), I paid an additional 29.99 for expedited 3-5 business day shipping, of course nothing has arrived. I contacted the company and was told because of the holidays they were busy and not to worry, the items were shipped. According to tracking, they have been in China for 4 days, info sent to Fedex but nothing after that. I wish I would have read the reviews of this company before I ordered, I never would have ordered. This company can improve by delivering their stuff on time and if everything I have read on Trust Pilots is true, they need to improve the quality of their products.

I intend to contact my credit card and report them for scamming if the items are not here in the next 3 days and the quality is up to par.

Please do not order from this company, they are misleading and unprofessional.

I haven't receive my order and I order it December 29th I just order 2 things from free prints this month and got them already yourphotosocks is a scam and I'm reporting them so they can take that off the website

these people are terrible. they told me an order would be delivered before Christmas, "please do not worry sir, your order will be delivered on or before 12/21, rest assured", and when it didn't come they said "please to wait a couple more days, it will be there soon". here we are- almost halfway through January- STILL NO PACKAGE- I had to report them to my card co. and told them that these are likely scammers playing people. got my refund and reported them as THE HACKS AND SCAMMERS THEY ARE! also just so everyone knows- THESE PEOPLE ARE STINKY BUTTHOLES, WITH BAD BUTT-BREATH FROM ALL THE BUTTS THEY LICK! ;)

I had the same problem as all the other reviews. I ordered on December 15th and paid for expedited shipping. I was lead to believe the gifts would be here before Christmas. They finally arrived January 5th. They offered a five dollar discount not even half the price of shipping. Do not use this company.

I placed an order with this company on December 15, 2022. I paid for expediated shipping to guarantee delivery before Christmas because the site said it would arrive on time. I received an initial email and the money came out of my account immediately. My status was not changing at all on their site. I waited almost a week before reaching out thinking this company was busy producing and simply not updating their system. I ended up having to email them because there was no phone number listed on the receipt to call. It takes at least a day to get a response and I was told that they could not guarantee before Christmas due to too many order. So I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They told me that it was too late to cancel because it was in the process of being made. So I asked them to refund my expedited shipping cost because it was not coming in on time. They told me they could switch it to regular shipping and to please confirm that is what I wanted to do. I confirmed and have heard nothing back. On 12/29/2022, I received an updated telling me my order shipped and I was provided a DHL tracking number. When I track this package - its say I can expect to get my delivery by April, 2023. I have received no refund for the expedited shipping which costs almost as much as the product. I will NEVER order from this company again nor would I suggest anyone else does either. I do not believe I will ever receive this product. They guarantee dates they can't make and they offer expedited shipping which they do not honor.

I ordered a blanket with two pictures one above the other. they tried to send me one where the pictures were side by side. Numerous emails to no avail. I would rather toss my money in the river before doing business with these people Still in dispute. So glad i tipped 20% for their workers Now they sent a tracking number that does not work .

I wish I’ve took the time to read all the negative comments about this company, because I would have definitely took my business elsewhere! The email answered was very vague and most of the replies other consumers were given I received as well., ie because it the holidays they have too many orders. Also they would advertise a false timeline’s for delivery, even if you paid extra for the items to be delivered at a certain time. I really don’t care where a business is located, all I care about is the product they offer and the quality of the product. This is definitely the worst Christmas Day ever since the items were I’ve purchased were to remember a fallen soldier. Absolutely sad. If you can’t make certain deadlines please inform the customer and give them a full refund or discount.

Can't review the product because almost a month later I still haven't received it! This company is a joke, and likely a scam. When I ask for a status of my order all I get is that it's delayed due to covid. Take my advice and steer clear!!
