Waited 3 months for the reward to arrive only for it to get declined at multiple retailers, live chat is a joke, restricted due to security measures, it was for £15!! Finally got it to work only for the merchant to say it’s not gone through but they still took the money from the pass. Not worth the hassle

DOESN'T WORK

Can't spend the card anywhere. Fraudulent in my opinion.

The support cuts you off after a while and gives you a USA phone number to call.

One star is a star too many

One star is a star too many. Hopeless company that makes me feel they are scamming me. I'm told I have my Prepaid Digital Token but I don't. It has not arrived at my email address. But I can't talk to anyone to fix the problem. Avoid at all costs.

Waste of time

I’ve been trying to redeem the balance on my card for a week and nothing. I’ve sent several emails and still haven’t heard a single thing. What a waste!!!!

Scam of a company

Scam of a company. Blocks every transaction for "security" reasons, and unable to use the credit on the account. Live chat rude and unhelpful, closing chats before any help has been provided.

Blocks transactions purposefully for no reason. No customer service.

Like 80% of the other reviewers, this is a terrible service. I only purchased the product i did because of the reward. If this company thinks it can get away with blocking every transaction because they are all "suspicous" then, I guess, I will have to put in a formal complaint and then in 8 weeks take it up with the financial ombudsman. There are rules and regulations that are legally binding to protect consumers - I have time to spare and will happily report, 3, giftcloud and this place seeing as they are all in cahoots with each other. If everyone did there wouldn't be money in operating this way. But most people dont have time to chase up fraudsters.

Received a Virtual card through Sky offer (£75). contacted this company through their live chat after multiple transactions had failed. They gave me multiple steps to follow next - none of which worked and were a waste of time including sending me a link to the terms and conditions of the card - the link was blank. Absolute waste of time.

Avoid

Avoid - if you have the choice of another gift type take it.
They decline transactions for the sake of it and then when one is authorised but doesn’t confirm with the merchant they are useless and basically it’s not their problem.

Useless support team & convoluted process to use card

In the end, I added the card to my PayPal account and then had to use PayPal to pay on the online retailer's website. Very roundabout way to do it and very bad experience with them

Completely untrustworthy

Completely untrustworthy. I thought getting vouchers using "My Money Supermarket" rewards would be safe, but I feel like they have stolen my £40 and will no longer trust Money Saving Expert or My Money Supermarket.

Buy a one4all gift card via Amazon, only way to spend the voucher!

This card didn't work for any online shop I wanted to use it for. I followed the advice in other reviews and although buying a one4all gift card directly from the website didn't work. However, I did add the card to my Amazon account and buy a one4all gift card from there and it worked (you don't have to buy an Amazon gift card!). At least now I can use it at a supermarket. Very long, drawn out process.

They have a flaw but not a scam...

I thought mine was a scam until I checked a few online forums - their systems seem to put your name in UPPER CASE which means you have to enter your name in capitals when using the card online.

It works adding it to your Amazon account then buying a gift card with it (just did it 👌)

Didn't work anywhere

Didn't work anywhere, but here's what worked for me:
On Amazon add a new payment card, enter in the billing name and address exactly as show on the reward pass website, case sensitive and all.

Buy a e-gift card for the exact value.

I got the email from Amazon, and it successfully added it to my account.

Absolute joke!

Absolute joke!

Basically, the only way I could use the pre-paid Mastercard, was to buy a digital Amazon giftcard for the exact amount.

Nothing else worked, but that did. So my advice would be to save yourself the hassle and just do that.

The whole thing feels super scammy.
