I've tried many of your teas and have ordered over 10 times since I first heard of you guys in 2014, I am very loyal to yourtea. I love your teas, they work quite well but I have a few issues.. Almost every time I've ordered, a good portion of the tea bags are ripped inside, or make it impossible to open without the tea spilling out. It's frustrating because I pay a good amount for the tea and would appreciate being able to use all of the product. Also, on the website it would be helpful to list the amount of caffeine in the tea. I have bad anxiety and sometimes, if I want to drink some tea, I have to decide whether or not the anxiety will be worth the tea's effects, like in the anti-c tea I am currently drinking not very often because of this, for example.
Other than that, amazing service and quick shipping time!

Fantastic tea and fantastic customer…
Fantastic tea and fantastic customer service, they sent me loose tea instead of tea bags and when I contacted their customer services they replied very quickly.
They apologised for the order mixup and are sending me some tea bags and said I can keep the loose tea as well.
I highly recommend this company, the Earl Grey is lush.

These teas are really good....and expensive. But why are they selling them at Homegoods for $3.99 a box when they are $35.00 a box on line. I bought 10 boxes at Homegoods for the price of one on their website. The expiration is 2019. Seem to be way overpriced on the website if they can sell them at Homegoods for one tenth the price.

Packaging needs improvement
The tea works and is good, has helped me with a lot of gastric and bloating problems and kept my cravings in check. The downside to it is the packaging. The teabags are often stuck to the packets so when I tear the packets open I also accidentally tear the teabag. Can this be improved?

Amazing Products!
I love Your Tea so much! I’m currently drinking the Tiny Tea for the month of January, and it’s the greatest way to kick off the new year! I have so much energy and just feel overall lighter and healthier. I highly recommend Your Tea, and I have been a customer for years!

Hi Heba - As a long time customer I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your last batch of tea. In response to customer feedback we did a small production of pyramid teabags (like our cafe tea range) which you received, however we have since returned to our recycled paper (square) teabags. I hope the replacement tea was more to your liking, and please don't hesitate to continue to provide feedback so we can keep improving our products.

So disappointed! I love the skin tea, so when I saw the Liver cleanse was on sale O couldnt wait to try it. I stopped at one week on because two out of 3 tea bags that I opened was stuck to the seal and it tore. Couldnt even use them. For how expensive this is, the tea bags should not be tearing! I have never had thos issue with the skin tea. Wishing I could have my money back

Would recommend!
I've been getting this tea for years and it helps with bloating and just makes me feel better throughout the day. The taste isn't amazing but I add some lemon and it makes it much better. Would recommend to anyone!

My order took almost two weeks to ship
My order took almost two weeks to ship, communication with customer service was awful, and upon arrival the travel mug I ordered leaked profusely and wouldn’t hold heat.

I love this brand!! Every tea I’ve tried I’ve been very happy with! The 28 day tiny tea had always been my favorite... in my opinion by far better than the other ones out there. Was actually able to quit coffee because of these teas! I definitely recommend any of this companies tea for anyone!! :)
