AVOID AT ALL COST CROOKS
I prepaid for my parking in advance and followed the instructions provided in my confirmation email, which directed me to another location only to be told to proceed to the Orange Parking area. However, upon arrival I was informed that I needed to pay an additional £10 parking fee to enter the car park. I was also advised that I would be required to pay a further £10 upon my return to exit the car park. My original booking clearly states transfer this was included.
On return I called 30mins prior to inform them of my arrival only to be told a wait time of 1 hour and waited in the freezing cold at 1am waiting for them. Car came back covered in mud.
Company in liquidation, booking cancelled with no refund.

One day before due to travel I discovered my parking booking had been cancelled. Pushed from pillar to post between Holiday Extras and I Love Meet & Greet. I was to take it up with Your Travel Extras who have not responded at all to two emails and two online forms. Awful. Avoid.
Booking arbitrarily cancelled.
We tried to exit car park at Bournemouth airport after our holiday and the barrier wouldn't lift - turns out our booking (and all others) had been arbitrarily cancelled. We had no notice of this and I still cant confirm if they've gone bust but seems so based on these other reviews. After initially being asked £40 per day to exit (£440 vs the £134 we booked for) common sense prevailed and we paid £134 to the airport (so the airport were actually a bit better off because no commission) and we have subsequently been refunded £134 by our credit card so we are quits in the end.
It seems the administrators are cancelling bookings so they can get their money back and maximise the return for creditors (which you could say is their job) but they are just creating another creditor and causing distress and hardship on the way. We were lucky and Bournemouth airport saw sense, accepted we had made a booking in good faith and only charged us the original price. I could sooo imagine many others getting the "its company policy" or "computer says no" treatment. In that case you'd only get back the original amount from the credit card company and have to pay a fortune on the spot to be be allowed out.
Poor experience
Arrived at upper deck lounge in Glasgow to be told my booking had been canceled at 1am. No information given from travel extras and only found out about liquidation after reading other reviews. No chance of a refund sounds like this company was a scam company. Gave 1 star but really should be no stars, embarrassed at the airport lounge and luckily was able to pay to access lounge
Liquidation disgrace no information on travel day…
Same happened to us pulled in to park to be told that booking had been cancelled. Turned away at Manchester airport meet and greet. Then had to go to multi storey who where really helpful but had to pay £150 for 4 days on top of what we had already paid. Then recieved the liquidation email while on hoilday!!

Parked at Leeds Bradford last week no problem or so we thought. Got the insolvency email yesterday, thought we'd avoided it, with already being parked and on holiday,only to arrive back today to not be able to exit the car park and the barrier asking for £500 for our 10 days. Car Park admin accepted we had pre booked in good faith and reduced to the standard online rate of £150. Still almost double what we'd already paid.
Anyone using LBA be careful, we got into the car park as its the same barrier for 1 hour free, so we were non the wiser that our long stay booking was invalid.
Fuming, a lot of people will have lost money
I have just had a message that this company has gone into liquidation, how can that happen when we pay a fortune to park our cars. They also said no chance of a refund and to claim off travel insurance or credit/debit card you payed with. Disgraceful.

No stars. Same as recent reviews we paid YTE for 2 cars parking Luton Airport but only when we arrived at 3am did Airparks tell us they cancelled YTE Bookings as YTE hadn't paid Airparks. Has anyone received an email from liquidators saying this firm has gone bust , I contacted holiday extras and they acknowledged my booking number but said it was invalid as they haven't received payment or any confirmation from your travel extras

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY arrived at Liverpool airport to be told we couldn’t enter your travel extra hadn’t paid for the parking and the booking had been cancelled the lady let us in eventually saying we need contact then whilst on holiday we have messaged and e mailed them got no reply so now when we get back we will be hit with a bill for over 100 pound and this is at 3am in the morning disgusting company stay clear of them

**UPDATE** I have now reported this company to Trading Standards for Breach of Contract and the way they treat customers. I urge more people to do the same. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Booked Manchester Airport lounge for 15th August...arrived and told our booking was cancelled. I've completed the online form and emailed twice but no response! I'm not holding out much hope for a refund so save your money and book with someone else.

Same as everyone else over the last month. Booked 11/6/25 and arrived Stansted meet and greet on the 15/8/25 to fly. Was told parking had been cancelled on the 8/8/25, I had no contact from them to cancel and no refund and they haven’t responded to the three emails I’ve sent since. Disgusting!!

This company is a joke. I booked parking at Manchester airport but on arrival at the boom it didn't open so took a token thinking I could sort on exit. On exit was told by airport parking assistance that my booking had been cancelled 2 weeks before. I certainly didn't cancel it.
Ended up paying £180 to get out of the parking. I have had no refund of the £65 originally paid and no email to tell me my booking had been cancelled.
You can't ring to speak to these people and they don't have a online chat. I filled in an online support form a week ago now and not a dickey bird. Will never get caught by these clowns again!

We emailed though the booking form back in June had the car reg changed no issues at all didn't think anything anything about it as used b4 but on 16th August when got to the meet and greet at Manchester i was told my booking was cancelled we used the intercom expecting the barrier hadn't risen due to failure to update the vehicle reg. We were told our booking had been cancelled by Your Travel Extras. We received no notice of this and no refund. Apparently it was cancelled on 12th August. We had to pay for our parking again. I have since emailed Your Travel Extras again regarding our cancelled booking and refund and still have had no response to any of our contact efforts, the oldest now being today 26th August. Will now be filing a fraud claim and charge back with the bank.
Absolutely spoiled our trip away.

We emailed though the booking form on the 14th August to change car registration due to our original vehicle breaking down. We then emailed a further two times to the actual email address before travel and received no responses. The amend booking section of the website is faulty. There is no phone number. On arrival at Jetparks Ringway we used the intercom expecting the barrier hadn't risen due to failure to update the vehicle reg. We were told our booking had been cancelled by Your Travel Extras. We received no notice of this and no refund. The car park assistant told us he'd had several people whose bookings with this company had been cancelled with no warning and they'd all been cancelled on 8th August. We had to pay for our parking again. I have since emailed Your Travel Extras again regarding our cancelled booking and refund and still have had no response to any of our contact efforts, the oldest now being 2 weeks ago. Will now be filing a fraud claim and charge back with the bank.
