Found these drinks to fill the gaps between intense training sessions when they don’t feel comfortable training on a full meal and I can make sure they are getting everything they needs Also help me on the go rather than caving at the next McDonald’s. Would love them to be in individual sachets so I can keep a few in their sports bags. The protein bars are perfect for this. Impressed with the products and feel reassured they are designed for teens.

My son loves these shakes after a rugby session.

My child loves the product! It is great however YSN are not learning from their mistakes. See other reviews about products going out of stock last year. As a subscriber I would expect that they hold enough stock for the subscriptions to cover any shortage in manufacturing. However what happens is they take your money and then say it is delayed. These are basics that need to be addressed as life is busy enough without chasing products we have paid for on a planned delivery schedule.
1 star is about the company and not the product, the product would be 5 stars.

My son was very impressed by the Chocolate shake and the bars. Having tried several other brands he commented on the taste and how it surprised him how nice they tasted as other products are tolerable but not the nicest. He is really enjoying the Shakes, Bars and Gummies.

The best tasting shakes with good texture. Enjoyed by my 10 year old elite gymnast and tolerated by my most picky eater, aged 8. Both boys have had a significant improvement in energy levels throughout the school day & going into nightly training. The best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with. My son is living the shakes and we are now ordering more.

My son Fynn is 13 and is a multi-event athlete competing at National level in Pentathlon. He also plays competitively in Rugby Union and Rugby League.
