Youth Sport Nutrition Avis 

My 11 year old plays rugby union and rugby league in addition to training in his own time. Two nights of training per week and two games each weekend puts a strain on his energy levels and the time available to replenish, especially when getting home from training so close to bed time!

We are currently trying YSN oat bars as a pre-training and pre-game snack, followed by a shake immediately after each session. His energy levels and moods have been much more consistent, and post-game unhealthy snacking has been all but eradicated. He is definitely much happier in himself and his game, and has even since bagged a rugby scholarship at a top school!

Love this product. My child does intensive exercise 5 days a week and hasn't had a cold, illness since we have taken Youth Sport Nutrition. It takes a little time to get used to the taste but now she loves it and it's always the first thing she packs when going off to her training. Has everything she needs to keep her fit and strong.

My son doesn’t like it, I contacted customer service as their policy is they will refund or replace should this happen. I was told via email that they would only exchange unopened packages and that I needed to pay return costs plus an additional £5.99 postage for a new flavour. Package is of course opened -otherwise how can he try it to know he doesn’t like it 🙈 and by the time I paid for all the 2 x postage it would barely be worth it. I understand it’s not their fault we don’t like it but because of their replacement policy I decided to pay more for this product rather than buying a cheaper competitor product. Just won’t be using this company again unfortunately.

I ordered a pouch for my fussy teenager & he didn’t like the flavour so they replaced it with another flavour & recommended other ways to use it like in baked goods. Very pleased with the service & would absolutely recommend

Both my kids use YSN as they compete in taekwondo at a high level in the uk and internationally. They train 6/7 times a week so having YSN in their diet is great knowing they are getting all their vitamins and minerals they need to keep them going and fueled.

Brilliant idea. Only my very fussy son, won’t drink it. He likes the cereal bars. But not the shakes which is a little annoying as I brought 2 bags and he’s only had one shake from it. He said it was very powdery.

My son rides motocross and enduro competitively, he also trains six days a week. I worry that he is not getting sufficient protein, vitamins and minerals to supports this. Since using youth sports nutrition I no longer worry. He uses the gummy’s everyday and no longer skips breakfast, he now has a nutri teen energy snack bar. His training sessions are supported by the nutri teen shakes with the exact amount of essential vitamins and mineral to support him. Highly recommend

We received our order, delivery was really quick, next day. It's the first time my son has used products like this and I was a little worried he wouldn't like it. However, he loves it!! He has the shakes with both water and milk, both are so easy to make. The quality of the product and what it contains is like nothing else for children of his age. He loves how quick and easy it is and takes his shaker to school in his bag. Pre ready with power so he can add water whenever he wants to keep him fuller for longer. Alfie's used these after training and after a game and says he feels less tired. We're both so glad we ordered this and will continue to use this going forward. The drinks are amazing and taste great, adding 11 fruits and vegetables into his diet in one can. Things he'd never eat in one day. The oat bars are tasty and again with the protein and carbs, fills him up, knowing that he is getting top quality nutrition instead of junk food after school. We also have the orange flavoured gummies, packed with vitamins and omega 3. So easy to take and he loves how they taste. We can't recommend how good the range is. Even the fussiest of eaters will enjoy!

My son (9) struggles to keep weight on due to the volume of training he does in Jiu Jitsu and football. He loves the bars, has one before his sessions and carries them on competition days. He has a scoop of the shake in his smoothies and has successfully managed to put on weight over the past couple of months. We’re delighted as we’ve spoken to a lot of suppliers who don’t seem to have enough information on whether their products (especially protein-based items) are suitable for children. We will continue to support YSN and pleased we have found a product that not only works but tastes good.

Expensive layout for no guarantee if not happy.....Son won't drink shakes as says taste like chalk. Have had several generic emails about suggestions for overcoming this but none work. I am not interested in adding to food as suggested as I bought as a shake to combat eating issues in a teenage athlete. No real help from support just same generic 'try this' email. No response when asked about 100 percent guarantee advertised. Hoped this would be a great product but sadly as much of a waste of money as others tried. Gutted.

Unfortunately my grandson instantly hated the taste. To me it tastes quite strongly of artificial sweetener. Obviously it's down to the individual, but I won't be buying again.

Is a great place to buy a multivitamin! My kids love a teddy gummy bears!

My son been using Youth Sport Nutrition as part of his training and race routine, and it’s made a real difference. Motorbike racing is physically demanding, from long training days to intense race weekends, and staying properly fuelled is just as important as bike setup.

Had a little mix up with my order sent a little email I had a very quick and pleasant reply and the mix up is being sorted. If only all customer services were this polite ☺️
