I have never had any major issues with YSN and we have been ordering for nearly a year. Their products are always of great quality, customer service and Adam particularly is exceptional, my emails and queries are always responded to in a timely manner and my query is always resolved. Sometimes orders can be slightly delayed due to stock but you will always be updated and sent your products as soon as they become available again. I would recommend to anyone

Still not received the order despite…
Still not received the order despite placing it 3/4 weeks ago. Requested a refund and this hasn’t been facilitated.

Top class customer service
Top class customer service - i had an issue with my order and emailed the team. I got a reply that same evening and the issue was quickly resolved. My order has just arrived and the kids are excited to try the goodies. I can't comment on the items yet but certainly the customer service was excellent.

My grandson does kickboxing 5 nights a wk and football the other two days and is very active , a friend recommended nutri teen and were only 2 wks in but I feel its making g a difference already in his energy level.

Honestly, these products!
Honestly, the products are brilliant. My son has been using these products for some time now and absolutely loves them. He trains 10+ times a week, and these are an essential part of his schedule that he uses either in between sessions or part of his post session recovery. He loves the nutri-teen shakes(vanilla ice cream) and the nutri oat bars. I would highly recommend to any parent to support their teenagers' growth in any sport.

Amazing product great customer support
We received our first order 4 weeks ago. The product arrived really quickly and well packaged. The shaker is the best in the business super strong and leak free and we love the screw lid so it doesn’t spill. My daughter enjoys the protein shake and the gummies for us it serves a great purpose As most days Robyn trains straight after school so eating a big meal before training is no good the shake provides the energy she requires and all the correct nutrition. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our son's super sporty and this was recommended by his coach. I had questions before I bought it and the customer service was the kind that very rarely exists these days. They bent over backwards. Very quick response and so helpful –– basically, nothing's a bother. They just get it. Brilliant product too. Our son loves the chocolate flavour and we'll now continue to buy this. A fantastic product .
As a youth rugby coach and mother to a teen athlete-figure skater I would recommend this product to all teens.
Whether you’re extremely active or have a less active lifestyle. This product showed an increase in performance and decreased fatigue for many of my players as well as my daughter . I have also received feedback from parents that their child felt they were able to concentrate more in school .
I recognised in my own children a need for additional nutrition in their already healthy diet as this period of growth in a child’s life ( Teens ) is extremely important , when you throw in sports and out of school activities as well as all the other mental and physical demands for a youth it is absolutely essential that they fuel their mind and bodies correctly.
