Yorkshire Vehicle Finance Avis

Excellent customer service as always. Extremely honest and reliable and at no time do you feel under pressure. They work extremely hard to fulfil your requirements and have never failed me yet.

Exceptional friendly service and professionalism. From the moment I made contact with YVF to point of the car being delivered I have experienced timely updates, expert advice based on my needs and best interests. I would recommend YVF to family and friends. Fantastic experience

After obtaining my last vehicle with Steve Donovan at YVF I approached him again when my lease was up to secure the next one.

Since last working with Steve, I needed a bigger car and my budget was tightening due to the cost of living crisis. I had an idea of the size and type of vehicle I needed but the cost was always just outside if my budget. Steve took the time to understand my needs and researched the best deal for me. He put me in the exact car I wanted, and saved around 100 pound per month on what I'd found the cost to be myself.

Fantastic service from start to finish, would highly recommend!

I purchased a used car from YVF & the process was very straightforward.
The car is exactly as described & Steve went out of his way to meet me on a Saturday for collection of the vehicle from their offices.

First class service from start to finish.
The whole team were extremely personable and friendly . A personal thanks to Steve Donovan who has been my contact throughout, most companies forget about aftersales but Steve ensured this was not the case and has been a pleasure to work with.
Thank you so much, would 100% recommend Yorkshire Vehicle Finance.

Really helpful guys there, helped from point of source up until car delivered and thereafter

My experience with YVF is always so smooth sailing. Jacob is so helpful and I have always had top quality service from him. I’ve never had any issues with the cars I’ve had from them!

This is the third time I’ve purchased a car from Steve Donovan at Yorkshire Vehicle Finance.
Steve is a great guy to deal with and he makes the whole process of ordering the car very easy and provides great customer service which is hard to find these days. I would have no problem in recommending this company.

Today I took delivery of my new lease car. Throughout the process Paul and his team have always been on hand to help. The lead in time for delivery was long due to international factors but once it was ready everything went like clockwork. Angela was in regular contact and answered all my questions within minutes to make sure that the whole process went without a hitch. Thanks everyone at YVF

YVF and Nick have great at providing a well priced lease for my company car. Very pleased with the overall experience despite vehicle delays that were out of Nicks control. He kept the communication clear and I know he did everything within his ability to get the vehicle to me in good time. Much appreciated!

I have used the guys @ YVF for a number of different vehicles over the years. They are true professionals, always great with communication & nothing seems to be too much trouble. Would highly recommend!!

EV car is also a game changer.

I recently had a lease car arranged through YVF. The whole process to lease the vehicle went very smoothly, the communication was clearly explained in a timely manner throughout every phase of the process.
The Account Executive Graham Britt was very professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle, available for questions and clarification and I feel this assisted me in making a decision to lease the correct car. I will highly recommend the company to friends & family, and was very happy at the level of customer care throughout the process. I will definitely use Yorkshire Vehicle Finance again.
