It would have been helpful to know what day and approximately what time the delivery would happen because I might not have been at home when it was delivered.
It took quite a long time to deliver and I wasn't informed when it would be delivered.

The company stood behind their service.
The company was great because they stood behind their sales. When my first parcel arrived, it only contained part of what I needed. I contacted them and they promptly sent me the produce again without any expense on my part. Thank you Ninelife, South Africa

I ordered a walker from this company…
I ordered a walker from this company after searching online. The price was the best however it was lost in transit. However the company did their best to refund me, they responded to my emails speedily and gave me a choice to either send me another walker or refund my credit card.

The product is good
The product is good, the purchasing platform is good however the shipping of the item is not good enough.
Items bought on Feb2023 i got the item on April 2023.
If you can only work on delivery and shipping time frame -- It will be good .
So also, the customer care line for South Africa Doesnt work ---it keeps ringing without anyone answering the call,
