I have been using Zafira for a couple months now and I can truly see a difference in my level of fatigue and brain fog. This stuff works! So when my recent order when missing (even though it was "delivered") I called their customer service number and explained the situation to a gentleman named Michael, Customer Relations Agent. He was amazing. He totally understood and immediately offered to ship a replacement order to me at no charge! I was pleasantly surprised! I mean, what company does that any more? Needless to say, but I will say it anyway... this is a product that really works and their customer service is awesome. I will be a customer for life!!

Michael, in customer relations went above and beyond in helping me, and it wasn’t Zafira Organics’ fault!
I was completely out of my capsules and expecting them by Friday. Then I received a letter from the USPS telling me that the bottle had been separated from the shipping container. So they sent the outside address part, and how I could file a missing package report. That really didn’t help me, though because I wanted the capsules.
I sent an email to Zafira, and within a couple of hours, Michael responded very kindly. He was shipping another bottle priority!
I was so relieved. Some companies don’t respond that way.

I received product I was not expecting, I did not sign up for the auto refill. I wrote to the support link and Carlos and Michael were thorough in explaining how to return the product and sent the return mailing label. Very kind and courteous.

I ordered Recovery Foundation and Anti-Shed & Regrowth from this company for my husband and son. After 4 weeks of consistent use my husband noticed a drastic decline in how much hair he lost during shower and combing. My son likes to take Recovery Foundation as part of his gym/health routine and he feels this has been a very beneficial supplement to add to his regiment. Michael and Carlo with support team were extremely helpful and all communication from Zafira was very thorough and fast.

First of all, zafira has made my GLP1 experience Good. I'm not sure if it's the zafira or glp1 but, I dont have to take Nexium for my heartburn and I been taking that for years. I feel like I have no side effects with the zepbound.
The help you receive when theres a question is fabulous! Michael helped me fix the glitch I had with the delivery right away. They are checking in with you for support about every other week.
