Zafira Organics Avis 

Michael addressed all my questions and concerns regarding my order. I have benefitted from taking these pills daily.

The product made me nauseous. I had to quit taking it. I’m so sorry to report this, I was really looking forward to it’s success.

I ordered a product online which I thought was from Zafira Organics. I was pleased that it was advertised as US manufactured. It was taking a long time to come and I looked at the shipping info only to see that it was coming from China. I contacted Zafira, angry that I'd apparently been deceived. I got a rapid response from Zafira. Long story short: the Instagram ad I'd ordered through was fraudulent and the product was not from Zafira Organics as I'd thought. It looked identical to the product I wanted to order. I will never order through Instagram again and hope my experience can help someone else avoid a costly mistake. I know the same thing can happen through Amazon. You need to be really careful determining if you're being offered a fraudulent knockoff. I'll still use Amazon to avoid shipping charged, but being very careful. I'll be using more direct sources. I'll never use Instagram. Thank you Carlos at Zafira Organics for your rapid and kind response and sending me a discount code so I can order directly from ZO if I decide to spend even more money after the cost of my mistake.

Love this product! It actually works just like it says it does. I'm so impressed. Also their customer service team is so quick and responsive. I accidentally signed up for two monthly subscriptions and Carlo helped me cancel the extra one and processed a refund immediately.

I have been on this since April and have had nothing but positive results in my health, customer service (Michael) and plan to continue this for as long as I can. I feel very energetic, no problems with any type of side effects just 100% on my game.

I think this might be the first supplement I've tried that I can positivity. I started my journey with glp-1 in May. I was aware of all the possible side effects and wanted to be proactive. Recovery ad came up in a feed and seemed like a good idea. I can truthfully say I've had very little side effects from the shot. It took me a minute to figure what worked best. I take it before I eat breakfast. I've had continual weight loss, no nausea, very little heat burn, no sulfur burps. I had an issue with my subscription so I emailed. Michael was so helpful,prompt,and kind. I've shared it with two of my friends and they are taking it now. It has worked for them too! Thank you for making a product that actually does what is advertised.

I cancelled my subscription a month ago. I recently received a shipment for which I was charged. I emailed customer service and within 24 hour they responded with an apology and a postage paid label to return the product. When I couldn’t find the label I contacted them again. They sent a new label and if possible, responded even faster and more politely than at first! (Thanks Michael!) I love companies that actually care about their customer’s needs! I will definitely do business with them again in the future!

I got scammed. I ordered 2 bottles of Recovery Foundation by Zafira and felt so good. I ordered 2 bottles for $72.00 thinking I was at the correct place, but I wasn't. The scammers were very good at finding me and taking my money. Thankfully today I got in touch with Michael at Zafira Organics. He explained what happened to me and proved to me he was actually from Zafira Organics. I'm 73 years old and $72.00 is a lot of money. Be diligent when looking for sites and don't buy Recovery Foundation from anyone but Zafiraorganics.com.

I've emailed Zafira Organics two times with questions about their Recovery Foundation product. Both times Michael responded very quickly. He responded with a personal, very thoughtful message both times. He did not just send me a canned 10-word response. Michael was extremely helpful.

I think the hair is really slowing down in the bottom of the shower. I didn’t start taking it right away but I’m taking it now and I’m impressed.

Wonderful experience. Though the product didn't work for me, the customer service and returning of products was amazing. Carlos did an amazing job. Prompt communication. went above and beyond. Told me just to keep the first bottle and sent me a slip to return the other two.

I had to discontinue taking Zafira Recovery due to a medical issue that came up. Michael quickly refunded me for my 1st bottle, and Carlo refunded me on the unopened bottle I returned, once I provided him with tracking number. Very fast email response from both gentleman.
