I like that zapper take physical media even if they can’t sell it on, and that they guarantee to recycle this stuff. This is a huge thing for me as I had to see waste for to landfill.

App is easy to use and they take a surprisingly wide range of books. Not the highest prices but OK. Will use them again for sure, but 3 stars is for the lack of carrier collection which other sites offer, and also the 10Kg box weight limit is a pain when selling books. Otherwise no issues so far and have another trade waiting to go to them.

Everything fantastic except for the delivery points. Shop owner is always complaining about the heavy boxes. Puts me off trying to deliver them.

They are brilliant to accept things the other similar companies don’t. I don’t like to throw things away so it’s good they take things even they were £0. However it was difficult to get to £5 as most of them were lower priced than elsewhere. Still I liked their service.

I downloaded the app to scan my unwanted books, It was super easy to do. Zapper pays the most for used book and DVDs, where others won't give you much and don't take most of what your trying to get rid of. I plan on using them again and I would highly recommend anyone else do so too!

Information on the website about how the system worked was clear and easy to follow. The Zappa app sped the process up too. The service I received once my items had been sent off was fast and efficient. I received email updates the whole way through. I just didn't get much money for the effort I put in and the items I sent.

The site clearly states how much your items are worth and the amount quoted was the amount I received. So I can't complain really. I'm just not sure if I'd do it again.

Hello I’m begging someone from zapper to please reply to my emails as I haven’t received any replies since I sent my ID and my proof of receipt.

Quick and easy to use - the money went into my account within the allotted time. Had to contact them due to isolating and couldn’t post off in time, they extended this by two weeks. Excellent customer service.
