Zapvi seems to be running a new scam. After placing an order, the website shows it as dispatched, and within 5–6 days the status changes to “delivered” without any call, SMS, or OTP. You only get an email saying it’s delivered, with no idea where or to whom.
To make it worse, they don’t even have a customer care number clearly showing zero concern for customers

Very disappointing experience with Zapvi. I ordered a cover for my Moto G67 Power, but the cover blocks the side power button area where the fingerprint sensor is located. Because of that, I cannot even use my fingerprint properly, so the case is basically useless.
I contacted support nicely for a refund. They asked for a video, and I sent it. Then they asked for even more unnecessary proof like a screenshot of my phone model number from settings. For a ₹199 case, this is ridiculous. It honestly feels like they are just trying to make the refund process difficult so they do not have to refund customers.
Poor product fit and even worse customer service.

Glade they didn't ask me property papers and aadhar card for just 199rs cover.

1. Custom print cover - A paper photo print stuck on back of a cover with cello tape.
2. Screen gaurd is too small for the screen.

They are scammers. They provide low-quality back covers that don’t even fit the phone properly.

I ordered a back cover for Realme X7 Max. They refused to give a refund and only offered a replacement. The replacement product also had the same issue.

Now, they are not replying to my emails.

Hello, I recently ordered a backcover, mobile grip screen protector and keychain set, the print was so disappointing on the back cover. The grip's material quality was also very back looks like it will break any moment, the screen protector was so bad it was already so dirty.
The print shown on the website was clearland colourful and what I have recieved is blurred print.
There's no way to get in touch with the coustomer care. Only an email,which they never reply to or even if they do, they would never accept your problem. Says a lot about a brand if they have to hide behind just an email. Atleast have some proper coustomer support. Very poor experience.

This is the first time I’ve ever posted a negative review about any brand or service, and it’s only because I’m genuinely very disappointed with how this has been handled. I selected the correct model, but due to an issue from their side, I received the wrong product. Instead of taking responsibility, they were only good at blaming the customer. They offered no refund or exchange option and made no real effort to resolve the issue. Very poor service and no accountability.

Not bad at all bought 2 covers for vivo t3 5g and its not bad at all under 400 inr.

Ordered a phone cover from Zapvi but received a totally different and smaller product. Clearly not what was shown on the website.

Customer support is very poor – they keep asking for the same details again and again even after sharing everything (video, screenshots, model number). No proper resolution till now.

On top of that, there is no customer care number to contact them directly, which is really frustrating.

Not a reliable experience. Think before ordering.

I purchased Anti yellow crystal clear back cover for my Vivo Y200 5g phone at a cost of Rs. 189. Sorry to write that cover is so hard to puch Volume button. Time and again wrote for return but reply is not satisfactory. very poor/no return/refund policy. I removed from the Vivo phone and kept in waist box. I advice not to buy any back cover from Zapvi.in website. Entire waist of money & time. Only harrasment is provided to the customer. I will give Zero marks to the company.

Very poor quality
Late delivery and no return, no refund policy.
Even the quality of the print is very poor.
Quality of material is too low and fitting is not exactly as mentioned.

Very bad picture quality and product using cheep quality paper in photo

Ordered a photo mobile cover delivered on 17/12/2025. The cover does not fit properly. Shared photos and videos over 15 email conversations, yet the issue was denied by support saying there is no problem. No customer care number available, and replacement/refund becomes a headache. Very poor customer service and disappointing product quality

The product was defected and with a bad quality of plastic and within 2 days it got broke..waste of money and time 🙂

Just bought a Zapvi cable from their official website and it’s honestly terrible. Same old problems I’ve had with cheap cables before: slow charging, feels like low-quality material, and gives zero confidence it’ll last. I’ve had past cables stop charging properly or get loose, and I thought buying from the official store might be better. Big mistake.

Customer support was the final joke. I reached out, they asked for video proof, I sent it. Then they asked if this happened to all cables. I was honest and said it’s just one cable. After that, they completely ghosted me. No reply, even after multiple follow-ups. It’s been more than enough time and still nothing.

If there was a rating lower than 1 star, I’d give it. Total waste of money and time. Avoid.

Company is selling cheap chinese products and refusing to listen to customer complaints.

I have taken a back cover of Oneplus Nord 2T from Zapvi .But the mobile back cover that has been sent to me from zapvi is not fitting in the mobile properly . It is not tight with mobile . I email Zapvi that these problems are happening , but from their side a response comes , please make a video and send it to us . A mobile cover is not getting tight properly, it is loose , the mobile is wobbly , how will i make a video of that ? I tell them this . Since then i have not received any response from them . The most third class service of Zapvi . Dont buy from them .

Their service is not good, because my order was not delivered to me and they gave me false promises that it was delivered, I did not receive my order, they said today they have received it, and they are not refunding me the amount again, who is cheating me?

Bought a phone cover they sent some Chinese company cover which have multiple scratches when I checked about return they don’t have any return mechanism we have to send them item on our expense though it’s their fault that they sent a used product
