Zavetti.com - Order received in 3days

I ordered a coat on Monday evening, didn't get a confirmation email but did set up an account so I could view my order. After 2 days the order still said 'ready to process' with no other updates via email. Worrying it was a fake website I came on here to see these awful reviews. I immediately emailed asking them to cancel my order and also tried the live chat but noone available. Today I tried the live chat again and within a minute or so someone connected, I asked her to cancel my order and she came back to say sorry its too late it's out for delivery and gave me the evri link, I clicked on it and it was about to be delivered. Came home and it had been delivered. I hadn't received any update from evri either which you do normally get and my order status still now shows as ready to process. But from ordering Monday night and receiving Thursday afternoon - Free standard delivery 2-4 days. Pretty swift and panic over!

Zavetti Canada is a scam

It’s been an entire week since I made my zavetti Canada order. No communication on when my order was placed and going to arrive. Still hasn’t arrived. When I try to track my order, it says “n/a” and my order is still ready to process. Big scam. Won’t even answer my emails. Fuming.

Good Experience

Ordered jacket Sat morning paid for next day delivery item arrived within 24hrs, didn’t get email confirmation or update so deducted a star but delivery was speedy and item as described. Didn’t know they were part of foot asylum.

Zavetti Canada is a big scam

Zavetti Canada is a big scam! Please stay away!!! I ordered a jacket from Zavetti which was big so I returned the jacket the next day. A few days later I got an email that the item had been returned but I needed to wait for it to be sent to the warehouse before a refund could be processed. While waiting for a refund I decided to order an M size as the one I returned was an L size. It's been 10 days now and no update regarding the new order and no update regarding my refund as well. I tried to chat with them on their Instagram account. A guy named Shan replied every 2 hours, wasting my time with no possible solution. Zavetti have my £231 and am making a report tomorrow to the right authority. Guys, please stay away from Zavetti if you don't want to get scammed.

Worst customer service ever

I ordered a jacket on 5/10/23 I paid for next day delivery.It is now 11/10
and I still have not received the item.I have tried emailing their customer services but it is undeliverable.I have also tried phoning them and that is the same.I also contacted Footasylum on a chat line who said it was nothing to do with them.They have taken the money from my bank account which I am so angry about.I have never experienced anything like this especially from a company based in the UK.I would advise against buying online from this company.

Not contactable

I placed the order and only received the confirmation email that order has been received, no further updates. Tried to contact customer service but the only option is a live chat. I sent 3 chat messages at different times of the day waiting for someone to respond back but no response received. Can someone please contact me regarding my recent order ZAV2233613.

My review is for Zavetti

My review is for Zavetti who are obviously part of footasylum.
Purchase online from there Zavetti store, item was good as are other clothing of this make purchased direct from footasylum stores.
Shipping was in the estimated time.
My only problem is the lack of contact for delivery, no email to say dispatched and my order still shows ready to process after I have received items.
Lucky I went online chat and asked when they will arrive as that very day they were actually out for delivery and I was due to go out.

Thank you Bamber

Thank you must go to Bamber for dealing with an order I placed on Friday. The money came out of my son's account yet no communication of the order even being placed!
Bamber was super helpful and very patient in getting all the details and my slow typing! Sorted within the live chat - son should receive payment within 5 - 10 days.
Thank you for your time. I have now re-ordered so hopefully this will now be a success.

A note to Shi who I live chatted with first it might have been an idea to have let me know Footasylum PLC are connected with Zavetti! You will understand from my chat with you.

absolutely disgusting service worst ever

absolutely disgusting, firstly you cant contact and speak to anyone, its online chat ONLY
order placed 11 days ago, lost in transit no communication of this until i chased.
then 8days later; agent/text on the screen says sorry lost in transit will send another, heres the order number expect tracking id in the morning... nothing, i needed the item in 2 days and when chased again, all i got was apology, escalated to a 'manager' (though could have been bob off the street, how does anyone know when chatting to text on the screen?) no compensation, no reassurances, just a sorry, and ill get it tomorrow. we wait in hope. no way of complaining either

Disgusting wrongful communication

Ordered a coat which was faulty so advised to return it for a refund,from the start I advised not to be sent a refund to original payment as it was in arrears and being dealt with a debt company which was embarrassing to admit,I was told not to worry and they would send me a gift card.but no I was sent a refund to that card and they are going back on everything said saying they do not send gift cards.my son now has no coat and I cannot retrieve the refund.disgusting company.not helpful at all and I will never order from them again.people beware!

Quality issue- Zavetti Canada Malvini 3 puffer jacket

I purchased a Zavetti Canada Malvini 3 puffer jacket. The design and insulation were excellent and I enjoyed the small bits like elasticated cuffs with thumb loops. However, after a month of use, I found that the white filling of the jacket comes out through the outer fabric. The protrusions were clearly visible all over the black jacket.
Avoid the product.

The 5 stars are for Tori who I was in touch with on live chat.
My original parcel was lost by Amazon shipping. I contacted customer service via live chat. I was promised a replacement order would be sent out by express delivery. Next day no parcel arrived.
Back on to Iive chat and this time I was in contact with Tori, who was honest in confirming my replacement order had not left the warehouse due to a "problem". She then set about rectifying the problem. Tori re-ordered my items and promised she would send them out via next day delivery. I'am pleased to say the parcel arrived the next day as promised. Thank you Tori.
I have placed many orders with Zavetti.com in the past and to be fair this is the first time there has been an issue.

Not Reliable

Absolutley stunning coat. Paid £123 and to jave a button missing. So disappointer and gutted. Fixing it myself as the return procedures are just ridiculus.

Meadowhall branch staff need retraining

We visited the branch in Meadowhall, Sheffield. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than being aware of customers requiring assistance. Plus at the tills when making a purchase, they automatically presumed you wanted one of their plastic carrier bags and charged you for the privilege without even asking!

WORST COMPANY EVER

So I realised that it's getting colder and haven't got a warm jacket and so decided to get a new one. I ordered the jacket from here on the 4th of January 2023. It arrived the 6th January. The first time I wore the jacket was the 9th Jan and on the 10th Jan I wore it again to go to work I notice the side zipper of the jacket was open at the side. So I pulled the zip down to close it and it came off in my hands. As was just arrived at work I try to fix the zip and went back on but came off again trying zip it down. Without zipping it up it means that the whole of that side is exposed to the cold. I sent an email to customer service showing a picture to say i really like the jacket and just wanted an exchange. I was told it takes 28 days as they will need to do a faulty test. I challenge this as it would leave me without any warm jacket for the extreme weather and got a different person responded on the 13th Jan asking for another picture saying that she can see I have recently bought it and once receive the photo will process the exchange which I did on the same day. We are now on the 31st of Jan and still no further response. THIS IS BEYOND THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND WILL BUT ANYTHING FROM THE AGAIN.

Really positive experience when…

Really positive experience when enquiring with customer service. They did their best to help so I’m very happy with the service received today. Delivery states 2-4 days. came next day with both mine and my husbands jackets. Just a shame there’s no phone number that’s answered

Fantastic

Ordered just before Christmas .........I did then wonder if I should have paid for next day delivery. It was pushing it a bit expecting free 4-5 day delivery at the busiest time of the year, to get here on time,(Scottish Highlands). After reading reviews I wished I hadn't been such a scrooge but, 3 days later and 3 left to go Santa delivered. Yay! Quality, style and value superb. Did have returns but again no problems, straight forward and quick refund. Highly recommend and will definitely buy from Zavetti again.
