1. Ride booking demand need to be managed effectively by reducing wait times. Currently it takes 10-15mins to book a ride on the slots opening day

Buses are comfortable
Buses are comfortable, reliable and convenient but don't see why the driver's can't drop off who are passing there bus stop on way back from work after a long day on our feet

Im using zeelo bus service, When we late to reach the bus, we can chat driver to wait for minutes not more than 5, this would be added advantage of those whi book zeelo and late arrivals. If not come that day also, leave a message before service start also.
