Zegalogo Avis 8

Absolutely Terrible. They rush the process, They continually try to charge more even though they say its all inclusive. The are extremely dodgy. The work is cheap and nasty. I highly recommend NO ONE USE THEM. I have asked for a refund as he over charged me to begin with and the work was terrible. No changes were added that I asked and they refuse to give a refund even though they had spent about 20 mins of work on the webpage and it wasn't live. I have ended going to the NSW Civil tribunal. BE CAREFUL DON'T DO IT.

Just wanting to share my Zega Logo review and experience I had with them.

The example website designs they present as past work are on a completely higher level of quality to what they actually provide.

So I decided to contact a few of the websites that they sent me examples to and turns out they never heard of Zega Logo and said they did not build their websites, false claims by Zega Logo.

They promise in their phone sales pitch that you can get a refund if they do not deliver a suitable website design, this is completely false and they refuse to offer a refund after you've paid and they
have now blocked my phone number so I have to call them via a private number just to get through.

The website I was after was just a simple 7 page website for my business so I could get my brand online and show my past work, so nothing to hard, not sure why they found it so hard.

Decided to pull the pin and went elsewhere, just be careful when using zegalogo.com.au

At first i thought , you gotta be kidding me mate , $35 for a logo and $199 For a website i mean who gives that. I always used a company name Brand Trend in my area , never thought i could get these services online . I launched a new online locksmith business , and i must say i am very satisfied with the logo and website design, looking forward to a long term relationship with you guyz

I had paid Zega Logo to design my website and they did not design it the way I wanted.

They didn't consider my design opinions and didn't follow what I asked them to do.

They mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes but this is a lie, they provided me 2 rounds and then tried to charge me for each round after, this is false advertising as on their website they mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes until you're happy.

When I asked for a refund they refuse to give it to me and even try to copyright my logo, it's an expensive, long and unrewarding process.

I would tell everyone else to stay completely away from Zega Logo as they ignore your emails and there phone number they never pick up and block your calls, when I asked them for their location they mentioned that they are an American based company
and have an Australian representative that works from home and gave me his home address, does not look very professional to me.

these guyz are doing a great job in designing . the logo they did looks great on my cottages wall .. hope u guyz would start booking the room from my website

These people will scam you. You don't get 3/5 or 7 logos, its a scam, there is no money back guarantee at all. The initial logos that they provided us were terrible and we provided them with our own design. Poor service, poor communication. They have no idea what they are doing. Never have worked with such a terrible company. Stay away.

The guys at zegalogo shown true passion for their work. They produced work above and beyond our expectations. Even the local sign writers were impressed. They produced ideas and concepts by the deadline. They accepted feedback and applied the correct changes quickly. This allowed us to get exactly what we hoped for.
Zegalogo offer exceptional value for money and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a logo or website design.
