Philip Swanson, the customer account manager, has been fantastic in getting our School set up on the Zenergi portal. We were having issues caused by IT and Philip worked in conjunction with the Zenergi IT team to get everything ironed out. 10/10 for communication. 10/10 for customer service.

Very knowledgeable about the energy provider issues that are impacting our current billing.
