Dennis was fabulous

Dennis was fabulous. Not sure if it will be as easy as he has shown us, but I had another gal with me wanting to also set up a website. It will be great to have catagoies and subcategories (folders).

Alex answered all of my questions

Alex answered all of my questions. I appreciate how thorough he was in explaining everything through a screen share which really helped alot. It was also helpful to offer a choice of recording the video call so that I have a reference of what we talked about in case I forget anything. Lastly, I appreciate that zenfolio offers such good customer service.

Exceptional Customer Service

The customer service was beyond amazing. Alex did an incredible job. He took care of what I was calling for and also took care of issues that I wasn’t aware of. I am very pleased with the service and the product.

It did not have good visibility on…

It did not have good visibility on Google searches I wanted. If your business wants a site for mostly your own customers it would work out good.. an average computer literate person ban make a nice website using the design tools.

He was not bad

He was not bad, but he was very slow and long winded with some of his responses. Sounded like he did not want to be there. He repeated himself a lot and when needing certain questions answered I don’t believe he knew them, so he just repeated his past statements. He was nice tho, and helpful. I’m sure with some more training he will be on point.

I wouldn’t give it one star

I wouldn’t give it one star , but had to so as I can reply
This platform is becoming a total laughing stock , all main stream professional photographers are laughing at Zenfolio
What’s happening to this company,
My guess is it’s either been sold off to a company who just haven’t got a clue and running the company with two man and a dog
Or they have slashed staff, and cutting operating costs , it’s not what it used to be , personally I think it’s on its last legs
It’s absolutely awful now stay clear if you can
