I ordered from this retailer and extremely disappointed
I ordered from this retailer and experienced a significant shipping delay due to the package being held for clearance. I have ordered the same formula other retailers for 6 months, this has never happened with any other company. Despite that, I waited for over a week for the clearance delay to resolve even though I had to rush order another can from other retailer - paying a premium even though the delay was not my error. Zen organic formula only offered a paltry $15 discount off my next order.
When the order arrived, I discovered they sent me an incorrect formula that I can’t use due to my daughter’s allergy. I have been emailing them to resolve this and no response even though the box is untouched and I offered to ship it back the same day it finally delivered (in a damaged outer box nonetheless). Extremely disappointed and will never order from this retailer again - be prepared for delays and meaningless customer service messages that go nowhere.

I always order my formulas from zen organic formula. Shipping to US is super fast and their price is the best you will find!! Customer service is extremely nice, helpful and responsive. I really love that they almost always have 6+1 or 12+2 deal and sometimes even more discounts. They also cover tariff for over $250 orders so I am extremely satisfied. I ordered HiPP PRE HA formula for my twin babies. I haven’t given birth yet, but I’m preparing in advance since I live in the USA and like to be proactive and well-prepared.
I’ve heard very good recommendations about this formula. After doing a lot of research and comparing different options, this one stood out to me the most because it is very gentle on babies’ stomachs. That was extremely important to me.
I feel confident that once my babies are born, this formula will work well for them. The shipping was also super fast — it arrived in less than a week — and all 12 boxes I ordered came in perfect condition.

I never once was worried feeding my baby this formula, this year there were so many formula recalls in the US but never was HIPP recalled! My baby is happy and healthy and strong and I am so grateful for Zen Organic for delivering it to me!

Buyers be aware, though its Web site states "skip the 15% tariffs", that may not be true for all.
I placed an order for well over $800, I received an invoice from UPS, with 200% tariff on my baby formula order, total charge of $330.
I notified ZenOrganic of this invoice a month ago, still without any resolution.

Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Package was lost in transit, company refunded my money. Connected with the company and they told me I could pay it or leave it. Just to get a bill from FedEx that was sent to collections. Horrible experience.

Order placed - no delivery!
I placed an order for six cans but after more than 16 days without delivery, I contacted customer support. My package was stuck at customers and they were unable to give me any further information. After requesting a refund, they agreed to honor it.
